High-speed steel turning blades Part 1: Types and dimensions (GB/T4211.1-2004, ISO5421:1977, GB/T 4211.17 3 Geometric tolerances 3.1 The verticality tolerance of the side of the high-speed steel turning blade to the supporting surface is grade 12. 3.2 The straightness tolerance of the side of the high-speed steel turning blade and the supporting surface or cylindrical surface element line is 0.002L (L is the length of the turning blade). 4 Materials and hardness 4.1 Materials High-speed steel turning blades are made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 or other grades of high-speed steel with equivalent performance. 4.2 Hardness The hardness of high-speed steel turning blades shall not be less than 63HRC. 5 Appearance and surface roughness 5.1 Appearance The surface of the high-speed steel turning blade shall not have cracks, grinding burns, Black scale and rust and other defects that affect performance. 5.2 Surface roughness The upper limit of the surface roughness of the high-speed steel turning tool blade surface (excluding the end surface) is: Ral.6μm. 6 Marking and packaging 6.1 Marking 6.1.1 The product should be marked with: The trademark of the manufacturer or seller; Sectional size and length; Material code (HSS). 6.1.2 The packaging box should be marked with: The name, address and trademark of the manufacturer or seller; product name, section size, length, standard number; material code; G/T 42f1.2--2004 Number of pieces, Year and month of manufacture. 6.2 Packaging The turning blades should be treated with rust prevention before packaging, and the packaging should be firm to prevent damage during transportation. 2 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
