316 Under the conditions of use and maintenance stipulated by the user, the manufacturer shall provide! 3.17 New products, transferred products and updated products shall be subjected to 500h performance test. 1 Test method 4.1 Test vehicle battery voltage shall not be lower than the specified rated voltage, the inflated tire pressure shall meet the requirements, the load shall be evenly distributed on the load plane, and the road surface shall be flat and solid concrete (or equivalent) road surface. 4.2 Test conditions If the load state is not specified, the test shall be carried out in a parking position. 1) Overall length: the horizontal distance from the front end of the vehicle body to the rear end; 2) Overall width: the horizontal distance from the outermost side of the vehicle body to the ground; 3) Overall height: the distance from the top of the vehicle body to the ground; 4) Wheelbase: the horizontal distance between the center lines of the front and rear wheels; 5) Wheelbase: the horizontal distance between the center lines of the two wheels or wheelsets on both sides; 6) Minimum ground clearance: the vertical distance from the lowest point of the vehicle under full load (excluding wheels and tires) to the ground surface; 7) Platform size: the length and width of the platform:
h) Height of the platform from the ground: the vertical distance from the platform surface to the ground; 8) Self-adjustment: the weight of the vehicle in the ready state (first battery is filled with electrolyte, and the fuel tank is filled and then discharged). 9) Determination of the maximum running speed
handling rate: the vehicle is running in a straight line under full load state, and the measurement section is measured at the maximum running speed of the transport vehicle through 50! Time: JB/T3811.2-199!
The outflow of the motor is too small to exceed the rated value. The average value of the running test is calculated (1 speed: 3.6s
The distance between the measuring section and the measuring plate section, m:
The time of passing the measuring plate section,
4.4 Determination of the small half of the
period of the vehicle is not running, the steering wheel is turned to the maximum angle layer, the steering wheel is kept ineffective, and the vehicle is running at the minimum stable speed: the front of the volume is charged, the old, the left and the right are turned once (as shown in the figure) Use the remote water needle on the outermost side of the vehicle body, the distance between the needle and the ground is 50mm, and the ground can be sprayed with water , give the outer running track speed, measure the turning radius, and take the recorded value as the minimum turning radius. 2
4.5 Measure the steering wheel
Put the fully loaded transport truck's steering wheel in the straight running position, fix the plate with the true diameter equivalent to the steering wheel diameter on the cap of the steering wheel, and then fix the heat sink on the plate. When the vehicle is running at high speed, on the plane of the square wheel, the steering wheel is in the tangent direction. Use the dynamometer to apply the tension steadily in the counterclockwise direction, and record the reading when the wheel rotates 9 hours. Continue to add tension after adjustment , until the extreme position, record the value of the resistance gauge when the steering wheel is at the extreme position, and repeat the above test in the same direction. Take the better result of the test. 4. Assuming that the front wheels of the truck are in the straight running position, fix the radius pin with the half radius of the radius on the steering column near the steering wheel: at the test point of the steering wheel, turn the steering wheel clockwise until the front wheels start to turn. At this time, at the test point above the plate, turn the steering wheel clockwise until the front wheels start to turn. Mark the position of the reference point on the board, measure the angle between the two reference points and the center half, which is the steering wheel travel angle, and can be judged by other methods such as pressure pool, 4. Measure the brake cabinet
current vehicle speed. The driver brakes the brake pedal in an emergency, and measure the distance between the foot brake pedal and the brake pedal to the parking position of the vehicle. If the vehicle running speed is not equal to [0h, the actual brake distance should be calculated according to formula [2]:
5, = S1
W——Calculated braking distance, m;
5, Actual braking distance, m;
W——Specified speed, km/h,
Actual speed, km/h
4,%Parking brake test
JB/T 3811.2--1999
The transport truck leaves the load and runs to the specified track, stops in the middle of the track, then uses the parking brake, and checks the running brake. If it is not functional, turn the transport truck 1: and then go back to the track. 1.9. Test
General The transporter is empty or fully loaded, and stops at 2m down the slope, then starts. Passing the specified road at a steady speed, the engine water temperature, oil temperature and motor current of the transporter are measured, which should not exceed the allowable value. 4.10 Test
The transporter is unloaded and runs steadily on a road as specified in the specification. Cut off the power source of the transporter, and measure the distance from the vehicle position to the parking position at the moment when the power is cut off. The test piece is carried out for times, and the average value is collected [the slope of the test road is not less than 5%, and the wind speed is not more than 5m9) If the transport vehicle does not meet the above table, the travel distance is calculated by formula (3): S. = $
Where: S is the sliding distance, m:
—actual sliding distance;
rated speed, kmh;
—initial speed, km/h.
4.11 Sound test
The test of the transport vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1496. 4.12 Industrial test
The transport vehicle is manufactured and used, and the unit action is carried out in the actual operation. The operating system shall comply with the requirements of this standard, and the average load shall not be less than 60% of the rated load.
The test should be carried out by a dedicated person, who shall use and maintain the truck according to the manual, and make records. The records shall be made according to the manufacturer's needs and test items, and shall include the following: a) Working conditions: including load size, road conditions, and travel distance of each work cycle, etc.; b) Operation start and end time, average fuel consumption per charge, total number of charges, etc.; e) Fault condition: the cause of the fault, fault removal and parking time, etc.; At the end of the test, the performance of the whole machine shall be tested, and the technical performance, reliability, convenience of technical maintenance, and operating comfort of the truck shall be evaluated.
