2 The properties of each grade listed in the table are suitable for castings with a thickness of less than 100mm. When the thickness of the casting exceeds 100mm, the αaz yield strength specified in the table is for design use only.
3.2 The test block for mechanical properties shall be cast separately from the cast steel casting or attached to the main body. If the party who needs it does not specify the requirements, the casting method of the test block shall be determined by the manufacturer. The shape and size of the single-cast test block and the cutting position of the test sample shall comply with the provisions of GB/T11352. 3.3 In the chemical composition of the steel casting, the content of phosphorus and sulfur shall be less than 0.04% respectively, and other chemical compositions shall comply with the provisions of GB/11352.
3.4 ​​The dimensional tolerance of steel castings shall comply with the provisions of Table A1 in Appendix A of JB/T4328.1-1999. 3.4.1 The dimensional tolerance of steel castings with a size greater than 25mm shall use CT13~CT15 grades for green sand molds and CT12~CT14 grades for self-hardening sand molds. 3.4.2
When the basic size of steel castings is less than 10mm, the dimensional tolerance of green sand molds shall be CT10~CT12. Self-hardening sand molds shall be CT9-CT11. When the basic size of steel castings is greater than 10 and not greater than 16mm, the dimensional tolerance of green sand molds shall be CT11~CT13, and self-hardening sand molds shall be CT10~CT12.
3.4.4When the basic size of steel castings is greater than 16mm and not greater than 25mm, the dimensional tolerance of green sand molds shall be CT12~CT14, and self-hardening sand molds shall be CT11~CT13.
3.4.5The wall thickness dimensional tolerance of steel castings is allowed to be one level lower than the dimensional tolerance of basic size castings. 3.5The surface quality of steel castings shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 2

The surface quality, size and geometric shape of steel castings shall be checked piece by piece. The number of spot checks for steel castings produced in batches and with stable processes shall be 20% of the batch, but not less than 3 pieces. If unqualified steel castings are found in the spot checks, the batch of steel castings shall be inspected piece by piece. >
Mark and Certificate
Steel castings that have passed the inspection shall be accompanied by the mark of the supplier's quality inspection department. 7.2
Steel castings shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity upon leaving the factory, which shall indicate: a) manufacturer's name;
b) part name, drawing code and quantity; c) brand, melting furnace number and heat;
d) mechanical properties, chemical composition and test results; e) manufacturing date (or number) or production batch number. People's Republic of China
