Udc 67s.5/ .8. GB 5478—85 1.8 Dynamic wear test A test in which the grinding wheel causes wear of the specimen under the conditions of specified load and disc rotation speed, and then measures the amount of wear. 1.4 Mass wear The mass of the specimen worn away by the rolling wear test. 1.5 Volume wear The volume of the specimen worn away by the rolling wear test. 2 Instruments The rolling wear tester consists of a rotating disc, a grinding wheel, a loading device, a wear powder suction device, a grinding machine, etc. 2.1 Technical parameters of the main parts of the tester 2.1.1 The rotation speed of the rotating disc is 60±2r/min. 2.1.2 The upper end surface vibration of the rotating disc should be less than 0.10mm. 2.1.3-The installation position of the grinding wheel relative to the rotating disc is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Installation position of disc and grinding wheel 11, "2-The distance between the center line of the rotating disc shaft and the grinding wheel installation surface is 39.5±0.2mm! 1-The distance between the center line of the rotating disc shaft and the center line of the grinding wheel shaft is 20.0±0.2mm. National Bureau of Standards 19 Yue 6-10-1t Issued 1888-07-01 Implementation GB 5474-85 2.1. 4 The diameter of the grinding wheel installation shaft is 15.87-0. mm. 2.1.5 The length of the grinding wheel installation arm (the distance from the fulcrum to the force point) is 802.1.8 The inner diameter of the wear powder suction hole is 8.0±0.5mm. 2.2 Loading device 2.2.1 The effective load of the two grinding wheel installation arms is 2.45±0.05N each. 2. 2. 2. The quality is 250± 3 g and 7.50 ± 3.g, two bricks each. 2.3 Wear powder suction device , this device usually uses a vacuum cleaner, connected to the instrument body with a hose. The air volume and suction height are adjustable. 2.4 Grinding machine A device for repairing the outer circle of the grinding wheel. 2.5 This standard uses the GM-Ⅱ rolling wear tester, and other instruments that meet 2.1 are also applicable. 3 Grinding wheel 3.1 Structure and shape and size of grinding wheel 3.1.J The grain size of brown corundum conforms to GB2477-8! "Abrasive Grain Size and Composition", and the composition conforms to GB2478-81 "Technical Conditions for Brown Corundum". 120 brown corundum and styrene-butadiene rubber and other raw materials are made in a certain ratio of rubber grinding wheel. 3.1.2 The shape and size of the grinding wheel are shown in Figure 2. Figure 2·Shape and size of grinding wheel D-Diameter of the wheel, 50 .-mm (use limit is 45mm) sd-wheel inner diameter, 15, B8*gmmlH-wheel thickness, 13 ± 0.2mm 8.2 Grinding wheel quality indicators Use grinding wheel standard test piece and test according to the test steps specified in Chapter 6. The maximum wear of the standard test piece is 20± 3 mg. The Shore hardness D of the grinding wheel is 33±3. Positive, the grinding wheel standard test piece is a square zinc plate with a diameter of 1~1.2mm and a side length of 100mm, with a 6.5mm round hole in the center, and treated at 200±5℃ for 80min. The zinc plate used meets the requirements of G-1977-80 Microcrystalline Plate for Photoengraving. 8.8 This standard uses GM-17 grinding wheel. Other magic wheels that meet the requirements of Chapter 3 are also applicable. Sample 4.1 Sample The thickness should be uniform, the surface should be smooth and flat, without bubbles, mechanical damage and impurities. 4.2 The sample is 100~108mm round or 100mm square, and a 6.5mm hole is opened in the center. The thickness is 0.5~5mm. When the thickness is greater than 5mm, one side is tinned, and the non-machined surface is ground during the test. Note: The recommended sample size is ±100×2mm disc. 4.3 Each group of samples should be no less than 5. 6 Conditioning GB 5478-46 5.1 Before the test, the surface of the sample is cleaned of dirt and impurities with solvents such as anhydrous ethanol, and treated for no less than 24 hours according to the conditions of GB2918--82 "Standard Environment for Conditioning and Testing of Plastic Samples". 5.2 Test according to the standard environment requirements of GB2918-82. 6 Test steps 6.1 A pair of grinding wheels that meet the requirements of Chapter 3 are simultaneously trimmed with diamond on a grinding machine, and then fixed on the mounting shafts, with a load of 9.8N applied to each. 6.2 A 150# water-sandpaper with a diameter of 100mm is placed on the disc with a hole of 6.5mm in the center. The grinding wheel is slowly lowered, the disc and the vacuum cleaner are turned on, and the grinding wheel is trimmed for 20r. The trimmed grinding wheel surface must not be touched by hand. 6.3 After the state of the sample is adjusted, its mass is weighed using an analytical balance with a 0.1mg sensing disc. 6.4 Install the sample on the disc of the instrument 6.5 Lower the wear powder suction pipe and adjust the distance between the suction hole and the sample to about 3m. 6.6 Slowly place the grinding wheel on the sample, start the disc and the vacuum cleaner, and adjust the air volume so that the wear powder is sucked into the vacuum cleaner. 6.7 Each sample is tested continuously for 1000 r. 6.8 Take out the test piece and wipe off the wear powder and other impurities on the test piece with a clean cloth, and weigh the mass of the sample. 6.9 When replacing the test sample, trim the wheel according to the steps in 6.2, and test according to the following items in 6.3. 7 Calculation and expression of results 7.1 This standard uses mass disk wear to characterize the wear amount. If necessary, it can also be expressed in volume wear. 7.1.1 The mass wear value is calculated according to formula (1): r = m -m2 Where: mr-mass wear, mgl bzxZ.net Mass before grinding, mg Mass after grinding, mg. 7.1.2 The volume wear value is calculated according to formula (2): = Where: V,\volume wear, mm3 Density of the sample, mg/mm. 7.2 The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of a group of specimens, with three significant figures. 7.3 If standard deviation is required, it can be calculated according to formula (3): S= Where: X single specimen measurement value: /E(X,- x—arithmetic mean of a group of specimen measurement results; knife—number of specimens in a group. 8 Test report The test report should include the following contents: 8, specimen name, specification, source and manufacturer, (1) b, specimen shape, size and preparation method c. Test temperature, humidity and state conditioning time; d. Instrument and grinding wheel model, manufacturer e. Test load and speed; GB 6478-85 f. Average value and standard deviation of mass wear or volume wear: 8. Test date and test personnel.
