This standard specifies the handling and installation, operation, maintenance, safety requirements and troubleshooting of 190 series diesel engines for oil drilling rigs.
This standard applies to all types of 190 series diesel engines for oil drilling rigs (hereinafter referred to as diesel engines). 190 series diesel engines for other purposes can also be implemented by reference.

3 Terminology
3.1 Single engine
A diesel engine equipped with only the accessories absolutely necessary for the normal operation of the diesel engine and other matching accessories is called a single engine. The accessories necessary for the normal operation of the diesel engine include: water pump, fuel pump, oil pump, fuel filter, oil filter, oil cooler, governor and other accessories.
3.2 Matching machine
The diesel engine that is composed of a single machine and matching accessories is called a matching machine. Matching accessories include: air filter, cooling fan, cooling water radiator and other matching accessories. 4 Transportation and installationwww.bzxz.net
4.1 Transportation
4.1.1 Diesel engines are divided into single machine transportation and matching machine transportation. 4.1.2 When transporting a single machine, it should be lifted horizontally by lifting and hanging at the front and rear ends of the machine body, using lifting bars and wire ropes, and other parts should not be used for lifting. When transporting, it should be fixed on a bracket with sufficient rigidity. The supporting surface of the bracket should be flat. The bracket and the diesel engine should be bolted and fixed to the transport vehicle.
4.1.3 When transporting matching machines: it should be lifted by lifting and hanging at the front and rear ends of the chassis, using wire ropes. It is not allowed to be lifted by lifting and hanging on the machine body or other parts. When transporting, it can be directly placed flat on the transport vehicle and fixed to the transport vehicle. 4.1.4 The length of the wire rope used for lifting should be appropriate, and the hook of the lifting equipment should be more than 1m above the upper plane of the exhaust main pipe to ensure that the wire rope does not damage the diesel engine parts during lifting.
4.1.5 The diesel engine shall not be dragged on the ground. 4.1.6 When the diesel engine is transported, all the additional devices such as the external exhaust pipe and coupling shall be removed. All the outlets and outlets of the oil, water and air pipes on the diesel engine shall be sealed.
4.2 Installation foundation
4.2.1 The diesel engine and the chassis shall be installed on a sufficiently rigid base or a solid foundation, and the supporting surface shall be flat. Approved by China National Petroleum Corporation on April 6, 1994 and implemented on October 1, 1994

4.2.2 When installing a single machine, a supporting frame shall be set up, and the bottom plane of the machine body and the supporting surface of the supporting frame shall be in contact and fastened with bolts. A common base should be used with the driven machinery. 4.2.3 When installing the supporting machine, the diesel engine chassis should be placed on the platform base or foundation, leveled and tightened; the fixing points should be evenly distributed. 4.3 Power output connection
4.3,1. The mutual positions of the diesel engine and the driven drilling rig linkage unit should be uniformly aligned and then firmly secured. Keep the relative position correct. 4.3.2 Rigid connection is not allowed between the diesel engine and the reduction box of the drilling rig linkage unit. 4.3.2.1 When using a universal coupling for connection, the end face of the diesel engine connector and the end face of the driven mechanical coupling plate should be within the range of 500m1m in diameter. The parallelism is 0.5m11m; the radial runout of the outer diameter of the driven mechanical coupling plate to the centerline of the diesel engine crankshaft is 1m1m: the axial displacement of the spline shaft of the universal coupling should be 15-20mm4.3.2.2 When a heavier connecting device such as a torque converter is used for connection, a separate bracket must be set up, the ears should be supported on the platform or the diesel engine body, and the cantilever must not be directly connected to the crankshaft. 4.3.2.3 When other connection methods are used, the installation position accuracy shall comply with the regulations of the corresponding connector; it is not allowed to directly install pulleys and other transmission parts on the power output plate for lateral power output. 4.3.3 The relative installation positions of several diesel engines used in the same drilling rig linkage unit should keep the transmission belt tension consistent. 4.3.4 After the output connection part is adjusted, the two connection plates need to be tightened with bolts: the tightening torque of the bolts is 250~280N·m. 4.4 Installation of oil, gas, water and electrical circuits
4.4.1. The interior of all external pipes must be clean and unobstructed, and the installation and arrangement must be neat: the connection must be firm; each connection should be well sealed without oil leakage, water leakage, or air leakage.
4.4.2 The fuel supply system should be equipped with two sets of fuel tanks for sedimentation and oil supply. The fuel should be statically settled in the sedimentation tank for more than 48 hours before being sent to the fuel supply tank for use.
The volume of the sedimentation tank shall not be less than 20m3, and the volume of the oil supply tank shall not be less than 2m3: the outlet of each oil tank shall be more than 120mm above the bottom surface; a filter device shall be installed at the oil inlet and outlet: there shall be a drain valve at the bottom of the oil tank. The oil outlet of the oil supply tank shall be located higher than the injection. 4.4.3 The engine oil used in the lubrication system shall be stored in a clean and closed oil tank, and shall be injected into the diesel engine for use only after sufficient sedimentation and strict filtration.
4.4.4 When the switchboard is used, a cooling water heat dissipation device matching its cooling system shall be installed. 4.4.5 Diesel engines have two starting modes: electric and gas. The requirements are as follows: a. For diesel engines that use gas starting mode, there should be an air tank and compressed air of sufficient capacity, and the air source pressure should be 600~900kPa; the inner diameter of the air tank outlet should not be less than the inner diameter of the air motor inlet; the capacity of the air tank should be able to ensure that the diesel engine can be started three times in a row (the volume of one hall is 4m2); the compressed air delivered should be purified and separated from oil and water; the air supply pipeline should be as short and straight as possible; l. For diesel engines that use electric starting mode, a 24V DC power supply should be installed; 4..6 Each diesel engine should be equipped with a separate intake and exhaust pipeline, with an air filter and a muffler respectively. 4.4.6.1 The following matters should be noted when installing the air filter and the intake pipe: a. The ventilation conditions around the air filter are good: b. The air filter should be away from the exhaust outlet; ℃. Diesel engines equipped with two air filters: their installation conditions should be the same d. The diameter of the intake pipe shall not be smaller than the compressor air port: e. The joints of the intake pipe shall be strictly sealed and there shall be no leakage 4.4.6.2 The following matters should be noted when installing the muffler and exhaust pipe: a. There should be a water outlet and a sewage valve in the muffler to prevent water and dirt from entering the cylinder; b. The exhaust duct and muffler should be supported separately: they shall not be directly supported on the exhaust main pipe or on other parts of the diesel engine;
C. When the diesel engine is equipped with an engine room, the exhaust duct and muffler should be installed outdoors and rain protection measures should be taken; l The exhaust duct should not be too long and have a sufficient inner diameter to ensure that the exhaust back pressure does not exceed 2kPa: 21

e: The exhaust pipe and the diesel engine should be connected flexibly and should be as close to the exhaust port of the diesel engine as possible. 4.5 Installation location and environment
4.5.1 The installation location and surrounding environment of the diesel engine should be convenient for operation and maintenance to ensure the normal and safe operation of the diesel engine. 4.5.2 The diesel engine should be kept away from corrosive substances to ensure a clean environment. 4.5.3 The installation distance between diesel engines should not be less than 0.81m. No objects should be piled up within 1.5m around the diesel engine and 2m in front of the water tank. 4.5.4 The surface of the diesel engine should be wiped clean frequently, but it should not be directly flushed with water. 5.5 Under outdoor operation conditions, a canopy should be installed above the diesel engine to facilitate maintenance and prevent rain. 5 Operation
5.1 Preparation before starting
Before starting the diesel engine, the following preparations and inspections should be done: a. Appearance and installation condition: The diesel engine parts should be complete and intact, and the connections of various pipelines, chassis, connecting flanges, etc. should be correct, complete and firm: There should be no debris near the rotating parts such as the flywheel b. Fuel supply system: According to the climatic conditions of different regions, the fuel of No. 0, No. 10, No. -20 or No. -35 specified in GB252 should be selected: The fuel tank should be filled with sufficient fuel: The fuel must be in accordance with 4.4.2. Sedimentation and filtration: Connect the fuel system pipeline, exclude air, and allow the fuel to fill the fuel pump, fuel filter and injection pump under static pressure; C. Lubrication system: Lubricating oil is recommended to be 15W/40CD and 40CD diesel engine oil that meets the requirements of GB11123. Other brands of diesel engine oil with similar quality and performance can also be used; different brands of engine pools must not be mixed: The oil level should meet the requirements of the oil dipstick mark, and check the injection pump and the oil level in the governor at the same time: When the ambient temperature is below 5°C: The oil should be preheated to above 20°C; It is strictly forbidden to preheat the diesel engine with an open flame; Use a pre-supply oil pump or a manual oil pump to pre-supply the oil, and the oil pressure in the main oil channel should not be less than 100kPa:
d. Cooling system: Softened water must be used for cooling water, and additives must be added in an appropriate proportion. Softened water and additives must comply with the provisions of the product use and maintenance instructions; check whether the cooling water level in the two expansion water tanks has reached the specified position of the water mark: e. Starting system: When using gas starting, check the pressure of the gas tank, and the gas pipeline must not leak. When using electric starting, check that the battery voltage and electro-hydraulic density should be in a saturated state. f. Operation and safety protection devices: Check that the oil control device, parking handle, injection pump rack pull rod, low oil pressure automatic parking device and explosion-proof device should be intact and flexible, and the safety device should be in a normal state: g. Turning: After pre-supplying the engine oil, turn the crankshaft manually for at least two weeks, and there must be no jamming or abnormal phenomena; h. Supercharger: For new machines or those that are operated after long-term parking or after the supercharger has been overhauled, the supercharger should also be checked, the turbine should be turned, and there should be no foreign matter inside, and whether there is collision and jamming. 5.2 Starting
5.2.1 The diesel engine may be started only after the preparatory work specified in Article 5.1 has been completed and checked to be correct. 5.2.2 The starting method of the diesel engine shall be in accordance with the product use and maintenance instructions. 5.2.3 The following matters should be noted during the starting process of the diesel engine: a. After starting, the button should be released immediately; b. In the initial stage of starting, the speed should be controlled at 600-800r/min idling speed, check whether the operation is normal, and then gradually increase the speed; c. When starting three times fails, the cause should be found out and the fault should be eliminated before starting again; d. Each time the motor is started, the continuous operation of the motor shall not exceed 15s; when the electric start is completed, the continuous operation of the motor shall not exceed 5s: e. After the air-started diesel engine is started, the main air source valve should be closed immediately; the electric start oil-forbidden engine should immediately turn off the power switch f. When the electric start diesel engine is supplied with oil by the electric pre-supply pump, the continuous operation shall not exceed 2min each time, and the oil pressure shall not exceed 300kPa. 5.2.4 It is strictly forbidden to start by towing the linked diesel engine. 5.2.5 It is strictly forbidden to start with load.
5.3 Initial operation

5.3.1 After the diesel engine is started, it should be run at no load first, and the following contents should be checked: a. The oil pressure is not less than 350kPas
b. The oil supply of the rocker arm bearing is normal;
c. The cooling water circulation is normal;
d. There should be no oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage; e. All parts are firmly fixed as required, and the diesel engine has no abnormal sound; f. The exhaust color is normal, and the breather gas is normal: whether the oil amount in the oil pan meets the requirements. 5.3.2 After the new engine (including the overhauled engine) runs normally at no load according to the requirements of 5.3.1, it can enter normal operation without running-in. However, after the first 50 hours of operation, all the engine oil should be replaced, and the oil pan and oil filter should be cleaned. 5.4 Normal operation
5.4.1 After the initial operation, the diesel engine can be loaded and enter normal operation only when the oil and water temperature rise to above 40℃. 5.4.2 When the diesel engine is working normally, the high-temperature circulating water temperature should be kept within 75-85℃, and the maximum outlet water and oil temperature should not be higher than 90℃. : The low-temperature circulating water temperature should not exceed 45℃; the oil pressure should be within the range of 400800kPa 5.4.3 When the diesel engine is running continuously for a long time (more than 12h), the load shall not exceed the continuous power; when it is running for a short time (not more than 121), the load shall not exceed the rated power (12h power). 5.4.4 The diesel engine should shorten the idling time as much as possible to prevent all abnormal phenomena caused by poor combustion; when not in use, it should be stopped in time.
5.4.5 During the use of the diesel engine, the efficiency of the diesel engine should be fully utilized and the operating conditions should be reasonably selected. 5.4.6 When multiple diesel engines are used in parallel, the loads of each diesel engine should be kept evenly connected, and the speed difference between them should not exceed 50r/min.
5.5 Parking
5.5.1 When the diesel engine is stopped under normal working conditions, the load should be gradually unloaded, the speed should be reduced to idle speed, and the engine can be stopped only when the oil and water temperature drops below 60℃. It is strictly forbidden to park the engine with load. 5.5.2 If the following phenomena occur during the use of the diesel engine, the corresponding method should be adopted for emergency parking, and the oil should be pumped and the engine should be checked immediately: a. If a fault endangers the safety of personnel and equipment occurs, the oil supply should be interrupted and the engine should be stopped urgently; b. If the oil control system fails or flammable gas appears in the workplace, the engine should be stopped urgently using explosion-proof devices; under normal circumstances, parking with explosion-proof devices is not allowed.
5.5.3 The following matters should be noted after the diesel engine is stopped: a. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃: antifreeze measures should be taken; b. When the ambient temperature is lower than the freezing point of the engine oil, the engine oil should be drained; c. When the engine oil needs to be replaced, the engine oil should be drained; d. Eliminate the faults that occur during operation and perform maintenance according to regulations; e. If it is stopped for a long time, it should be sealed according to the sealing requirements. 6 Maintenance and maintenance
6.1 Types of maintenance and maintenance
6.1.1, The inspection and maintenance of diesel engines are divided into five types: daily, weekly, monthly, handover and special maintenance. 6.1.2 The maintenance and maintenance of diesel engines shall be carried out by the diesel engine driver in a timely manner according to the requirements of various maintenance items. During the use process, if there are special circumstances, they should be handled in time to ensure the normal operation of the diesel engine. 6.2 Three maintenance

Diesel engine drivers of each shift should complete the following daily maintenance of diesel engines at any time according to the operation of the diesel engine: a. Check the oil level in the fuel tank:
b. Check whether the oil level in the oil pan, fuel injection and speed governor has increased or decreased abnormally, and check the oil quality and add oil if necessary: ​​
c. Check the water level in the radiator tank and add cooling water and anti-rust liquid if necessary; d. Check the air source pressure for air-start diesel engines: Check the battery charging status for electric-start diesel engines to ensure that it meets the requirements; e. Wipe the surface of the diesel engine to keep it clean; f. Check all connecting and fastening parts to ensure that all parts are fastened normally: g. Pay close attention to the parameter values ​​indicated by each instrument, and pay special attention to the changes in oil pressure and oil and water temperature; h. Observe the exhaust status of the diesel engine: Monitor the sound of the diesel engine. If any abnormality is found, the cause should be promptly identified and eliminated: 1. Check and eliminate oil, water and air leakage of the diesel engine; ji Fill in the operation record according to the recommended format of Appendix A (reference). 6.3 Maintenance
After the diesel engine runs for one week, the following weekly maintenance should be carried out:a. Complete all items specified in the daily maintenance;b. Check and clean the air filter. If the working environment is windy and sandy, the cleaning cycle should be shortened according to the actual situation;d. Drain the accumulated water and sediment in the fuel tank and fuel filterd. Drain the accumulated water in the air tank and oil-water separator;e. Clean the respirator filter
f. Check the working conditions of the plunger springs, oil adjustment gear ring and gear rod of the spray pump and spray engine oil to prevent rust6.4 Monthly Maintenance
After the diesel engine runs for one month: the following maintenance should be carried out:a. Complete all items specified in daily and weekly maintenance; b. Clean the fuel filter;
c. Check the oil filter inlet and outlet pressure difference. If it is greater than 150kPa, the paper filter element should be replaced. d. Clean the centrifugal filter:
e. Replace the engine oil according to the oil quality in the oil pan. Generally, the replacement cycle of 15W/40CD diesel engine oil is 700hf. Replace the engine oil in the injection pump and governor;. Add grease to each lubrication point according to the requirements of the use and maintenance instructions; h. Check and adjust the valve clearance and fuel advance angle; i. Check the injection pressure of the injector, observe the atomization quality, and clean or adjust it when necessary: ​​Check and clean the main filter element and coarse filter of the air filter k. When an alarm device is installed, the sensor of the alarm system should be calibrated; I. Disassemble and clean the throttle control device, and add grease m. Check whether the elastic element of the elastic coupling has cracks and replace it if necessary. 6.5 Seasonal maintenance
Before the diesel engine is operated in winter or summer, it should be subjected to seasonal maintenance. The specific time is determined according to the local climate conditions. The maintenance items are as follows

Specific maintenance includes drilling maintenance, maintenance after 250 hours of operation of a new machine, and maintenance after 3000 hours of cumulative operation. Depending on the specific situation, it can be carried out at the same time as monthly maintenance and seasonal maintenance.
6.6.1 After drilling each well, before and after the relocation of the well team, the diesel engine should be subjected to drilling maintenance. The specific time and items of maintenance shall be determined by the user unit according to the actual situation.
6.6.2 After the new machine has run for 250 hours, the tightness of the cylinder head bolts, exhaust pipe fixing bolts, rocker arm seat, etc. shall be checked, and tightened if they do not meet the requirements.
6.6.3 After the diesel engine has run for 3000 hours, the cylinder head shall be disassembled and inspected, the exhaust duct shall be cleaned, and the valve shall be equipped and polished as appropriate. 7 Safety requirements
The use and operation of the diesel engine shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard and the use and maintenance instructions, and the operator shall be qualified before taking up the post.
The low oil pressure automatic waiting device, overspeed parking device, explosion-proof device and other safety protection devices should be intact, with excellent performance and workability. 7.3F
All protective covers should be complete and intact.
No one should stand on both sides of the flywheel during the start-up of the diesel engine. No one should stay on both sides for a long time during normal operation. It is strictly forbidden to use open flames to heat and bake the diesel engine, and it is forbidden to ignite open flames near the diesel engine. 7.5
It is forbidden to store various flammable and explosive items near the diesel engine. 7.6

During the operation of the diesel engine, the operator should pay close attention to its working status, promptly discover abnormal phenomena (i.e. faults), find out the causes, and eliminate them in time.
