Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering

According to the requirements of our Ministry's "Notice on Issuing the "National Standard Formulation and Revision Plan for Engineering Construction from 2000 to 2001" (Jianbiao [2001187]), the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" revised by the General Research Institute of Construction of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and relevant units has been reviewed and approved as a national standard by relevant departments, with the number GB50205-2001, and will be implemented on March 1, 2002. Among them, 4.2.1, 4.3.1, 4.4.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.4, 6.3.1, 8.3.1, 10.3.4, 11.3.5, 12.3.4, 14.2.2, 14.3.3 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly enforced. The original "Steel Structure Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" GB50205-95 and "Steel Structure Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard" GB50221-95 are abolished at the same time. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management and interpretation of the mandatory provisions of this code, the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry's Construction Research Institute is responsible for the interpretation of the specific technical content, and the Ministry of Construction's Standard and Quota Research Institute organizes China Planning Press to publish and distribute it. In principle, the steel structure project is divided into 10 sub-projects, and each sub-project is a separate chapter. Although "raw materials and finished products on-site" is not a sub-project, it is listed in a separate chapter to emphasize and strengthen the access to raw materials and finished products on-site, and to ensure quality control from the source. 1 General
1.0.1 This specification is formulated to strengthen the quality management of construction projects, unify the acceptance of the construction quality of steel structure projects, and ensure the quality of steel structure projects.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the acceptance of the construction quality of single-story, multi-story, high-rise, grid, corrugated metal plate and other steel structure projects in construction projects.
1.0.3 The requirements for construction quality acceptance in the engineering technical documents and contract documents used in the construction of steel structure projects shall not be lower than those specified in this code.
1.0.4 This code shall be used in conjunction with the current national standard "Uniform Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Projects" GB50300.
1.0.5 In addition to the provisions of this code, the acceptance of the construction quality of steel structure projects shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.

3Basic provisions
3.0.1The construction unit of steel structure engineering shall have the corresponding qualification for steel structure engineering construction. The quality management of the construction site shall have the corresponding construction technical standards, quality management system, quality control and inspection system. The construction site shall have technical documents such as construction organization design and construction plan approved by the project technical person in charge. 3.0.2 The acceptance of the construction quality of steel structure engineering must use measuring instruments that have been verified and calibrated. 3.0.3 The construction quality control of steel structure engineering shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions: 1 The raw materials and finished products used shall be inspected upon arrival. All raw materials and finished products involving safety and function shall be re-inspected in accordance with the provisions of this specification, and the sampling and delivery shall be witnessed by the supervision engineer (technical person in charge of the construction unit); 2 Each process shall be subject to quality control in accordance with the construction technical standards, and an inspection shall be carried out after each process is completed. 3 Handover inspection shall be carried out between relevant professional types of work, and shall be inspected and approved by the supervision engineer (technical person in charge of the construction unit).
3.0.4 The quality acceptance of steel structure construction shall be carried out on the basis of self-inspection by the construction unit, in accordance with inspection batches, sub-projects, and sub-divisions (sub-divisions). The division of sub-projects in steel structure sub-divisions (sub-divisions) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current national standard "Uniform Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" GB50300. Steel structure sub-projects shall consist of one or more inspection batches, and the inspection batches of each sub-project shall be divided in accordance with the provisions of this specification. 3.0.5 The qualified quality standards for inspection batches of sub-projects shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The main control items must meet the requirements of the qualified quality standards of this specification; 2. The inspection results of general projects should have 80% or more of the inspection points (values) meet the requirements of the qualified quality standards of this specification, and the maximum value should not exceed 1.2 times its allowable deviation value. 3. Quality inspection records, quality certification documents and other materials should be complete. The qualified quality standards for sub-projects shall comply with the following provisions: 3.0.6

The inspection batch that has not met the design requirements after being tested and identified by a qualified testing unit, but can meet the structural safety and use functions after calculation and approval by the original design unit, can be accepted; 4.
