Compared with ZB16011-89, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows: 1. 4 Technical performance

5 Technical requirements

5.1 The oxygen compressor shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The oxygen compressor shall have the following safety devices: 5.21 The oxygen compressor stage has a sensitive opening and closing safety interlocking safety device to ensure that the interstage pressure does not exceed 75% of the nominal value and the final stage pressure does not exceed 10% of the nominal value.
5.2.2 The sealer (solid box) is designed to receive the leaking gas. The leakage gas is discharged from the collecting pipe or returned to the first-stage air intake. 5.2.3 The oxygen compressor is equipped with automatic control and interlocking devices: when the first-stage suction pressure is lower than the specified limit value, an alarm should be given or the machine should be stopped; when the cooling water pressure is lower than the specified limit value, an alarm should be given or the machine should be stopped; when the air holding pressure of this stage is higher than the specified value, an alarm should be given when the air temperature of each stage is higher than the specified value. 5.3 Under no circumstances shall grease and oil mist be allowed to enter the cylinder. 5.4 The moving parts in contact with oxygen must be made of materials that will not produce dust and sparks. 5.5 An oxygen filter must be installed at the first-stage inlet of the oxygen compressor. 5. 6 Test methods and inspection rules
6.1 The performance test of the oxygen compressor shall be in accordance with the regulations of H6892. 6.2 The performance test of the chlorine compressor shall be in accordance with GB/T4980 or GB/T7022. 6.3 The vibration correction test and evaluation of the oxygen compressor shall be in accordance with GA/T7777. 6.4 The total oil content of the oil parts shall be tested in accordance with 1T6896. 65 The trial-produced oxygen compressor shall be subjected to type test and can only be put into small batch production after being identified as qualified. During the type test, all The continuous operation time at full load is less than 5h.
66 Each oxygen compressor shall be subject to factory inspection. During the factory inspection, the continuous operation time at full load shall not be less than 2h, and the volume flow, shaft power, rotation speed, suction and exhaust pressure at each level, suction and exhaust temperature at each level and other parameters shall be measured. 67 In addition to the provisions of 6.6, batch-produced oxygen compressors shall also be subject to random inspection according to the provisions of Table 4. The full-load operation time during the random inspection shall not be less than 4. During the inspection, the working conditions of all mechanisms of the machine shall be inspected, and the volume flow, shaft power, rotation speed, first-stage exhaust and exhaust pressure at each level, suction and exhaust temperature at each level shall be measured. After the random inspection, all surfaces shall be disassembled and inspected to determine whether the wear of the parts is normal.
