This standard is a revision of 2BJ76011-89 (Technical conditions for non-moisture reciprocating high-pressure oxygen compressors). Compared with ZB16011-89, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows: 1. The original standard for noise assessment was sound pressure level, which is now changed to sound power level. Therefore, the test method and reference standards should be changed accordingly. 1. Cancel the cleanliness index.
1. Reliability requirement index: Change the annual reliability effective seat to the annual average availability. This standard replaces 76011-9 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Gas Separation and Liquefaction Equipment. The drafting unit of this standard is Hangzhou Gas Making Machinery Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Peng Zhenkang and Yu Yongle. This standard was first issued in February 1989.

5 Technical requirements
JB/T9075—1999
5.1 The oxygen compressor shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The oxygen compressor shall have the following safety devices: 5.21 The oxygen compressor stage has a sensitive opening and closing safety interlocking safety device to ensure that the interstage pressure does not exceed 75% of the nominal value and the final stage pressure does not exceed 10% of the nominal value.
5.2.2 The sealer (solid box) is designed to receive the leaking gas. The leakage gas is discharged from the collecting pipe or returned to the first-stage air intake. 5.2.3 The oxygen compressor is equipped with automatic control and interlocking devices: when the first-stage suction pressure is lower than the specified limit value, an alarm should be given or the machine should be stopped; when the cooling water pressure is lower than the specified limit value, an alarm should be given or the machine should be stopped; when the air holding pressure of this stage is higher than the specified value, an alarm should be given when the air temperature of each stage is higher than the specified value. 5.3 Under no circumstances shall grease and oil mist be allowed to enter the cylinder. 5.4 The moving parts in contact with oxygen must be made of materials that will not produce dust and sparks. 5.5 An oxygen filter must be installed at the first-stage inlet of the oxygen compressor. 5. The lubricating oil used in the flashing mechanism of the oxygen compressor should be sterilized, the oil pressure can be adjusted, and a leaker should be installed in the lubricating oil pressure circulation system. 5.7 The design and manufacture of the pressure vessel of the oxygen compressor must comply with the provisions of the Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels, GB[50. 5.8 The scale coefficient is 0.00024-0.00040mkc/W, 5.9 The gas, water and oil pipelines are kept sealed and leak-free. 5.10 For the oxygen pipeline inside the compressor, the gas flow rate should not be greater than 1m/s when the working pressure is less than or equal to 4MPa, and should not be greater than 4m/s when the working pressure is greater than 4MPu. The pipeline should be hydraulically filtered at 1.3 times the design pressure for 30 minutes without leakage. 5.
