2.4 Joint thread
2.4. 3 Test methods and inspection rules
The product must be inspected and approved by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and a product quality certification document shall be attached. 8.1 Chemical analysis of steel
Chemical analysis of steel shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB222-84 "Steel Chemical Analysis Sample Sampling Method and Permissible Deviation of Chemical Composition of Finished Products" and GB223-81 "Methods for Chemical Analysis of Iron and Steel and Alloys". 3.2 Mechanical Properties Test
3.2.1 Sample Preparation Method
8.2.1.1 The sample shall be made of the same batch of materials as the parts: its cross-sectional dimensions shall be the same as the maximum cross-sectional dimensions of the parts, and shall be made with the same heat treatment specifications as the furnace.

3.2.1.3 Each sample can be made into 1 sample, two of which are reserved. 3.2.2 The tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 3.2.3 The hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB231-84 "Metal Brinell Hardness Test Method" and GB230-83 "Metal Rockwell Hardness Test Method".
3.2.4 Parts subjected to torque and drilling shall be subjected to mechanical property test with specimens. The number of sample rings shall be 10% of the number of parts in each batch, and at least one sample shall be unqualified. If the sample fails, it can be doubled and re-tested with the corresponding spare sample. If there is another failure, the batch of parts shall be unqualified. 3.2.5 Parts subjected to torque and needle pressure shall be tested for hardness piece by piece in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 3.3 Waterhole Diameter Inspection
The waterhole diameter shall be tested with a bore gauge, the length of the bore gauge shall be 0.5m, and its minimum outer diameter shall not be less than the basic size of the waterhole diameter minus 2mm. 3.4 Joint Thread Inspection
The joint thread shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4775. 3.5 Inspection of the whole machine
3.5.1 The rotating pair after assembly should rotate flexibly without any jamming. 3.5.2 The maximum turning radius of the upper and lower blades of the vane-type inverter when opened and closed should meet the specified size. 35.3 The maximum turning radius of the upper and lower tiles of the sleeve-type inverter that swings with the sleeve should meet the specified size. 3.5.4 The screw connection must be reliable and must not be loose. 3,6 Non-photographic flaw detection inspection
Ultrasonic flaw detection should be carried out on the climbing parts that bear torque and drilling pressure, and defects greater than the equivalent of 2 in the medium are not allowed. Magnetic particle flaw detection should be carried out on the threads of the joints, and cracks are not allowed on the surface. 4 Marking, packaging and transportation
4.1 Marking

4,2 Packaging, transportation and storage
