5.1 The inspection methods for the qualified items of dry tempering fuses shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7437, and shall also comply with the provisions of Table 5. 5.2 Inspection methods for first-class and superior products: Some of the inspection items in JB/T7437 shall comply with the methods specified in this standard, and the indicators shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 10. The inspection items not in this standard shall comply with the methods specified in this standard. 5.3 The airtightness test shall be carried out after the tempering resistance test. 5.4 Evaluation of structure and installation and use inspection (referring to the sampled samples): 3 to 5 (odd number) experts familiar with this technical work should conduct separate inspections, and the opinions of more than half of the experts should be taken as the evaluation conclusion of this indicator. 5.5 The markings and appearance are inspected with calipers and reading microscopes. 5.6 Flame arrester material inspection: The flame arrester is analyzed and verified according to the material list provided by the manufacturer. 5.7 The interchangeability of parts should be carried out after other inspections. The inspected parts are randomly grouped and interchanged with the same parts of the dry tempering fuse that have been inspected after other inspections. During the disassembly and assembly process, the operating procedures must be strictly followed. Other parts should not be damaged, replaced or added, and the relevant parts are not allowed to be repaired. After assembly, the anti-tempering performance test is carried out again according to JB/T7473 to confirm whether the product is qualified. As long as this test is qualified, the judgment level of the original product can still be maintained. 6 Sampling method
6.1 According to the provisions of GB/T13264, this standard adopts the normal inspection one-time sampling plan for sampling. Samples should generally be randomly sampled from the waiting products of the user unit or the waiting products of the product's distributor store (or company, supply station), and random sampling is also allowed from the qualified products packaged and stored in the product manufacturer. However, the samples should be products produced recently (the date of factory and the date of storage should not exceed 1 year). For the inspection of qualified products, it should be inspected according to the provisions of JB/T7437. For the evaluation of first-class and superior products, the qualified quality level should comply with the provisions of Table 10. 3
JB/T50078-1999
Sample size, production risk quality, user risk quality, according to the provisions of Table 5 and Table 6 in GB/T13264-1991, parts are randomly sampled from the semi-finished product warehouse that has passed the inspection, and the sampling quantity of each part is 3 sets. It can also be disassembled and inspected in the whole machine. Table 10 Acceptable quality level (AQL)

This standard stipulates
Superior products
When the product inspection does not meet the requirements, the whole machine shall be re-inspected after 6 months and the parts shall be re-inspected after 3 months. The sample size of the sampling shall be strictly inspected according to Table 1 and Table 2 in 6.2
GB/T132641991. If the re-inspection is qualified, it can still be judged as a qualified product. 4
