Pressure-temperature grades for steel pipe flanges (American system) HG20625-—97 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the maximum non-shock working pressure of steel pipe flanges (American system) at working temperature. This standard applies to the steel pipe flanges and flange covers specified in HG20615: 401 IIG20615 HG 20624 Reference standards 《Types and parameters of steel pipe flanges (American system)》《Technical conditions for steel pipe flanges (American system)》3 Maximum non-impact working pressure 3.0.1 The maximum non-impact working pressure of steel pipe flanges and flange covers with a nominal pressure PN of 2.0MPa (Clas150) to 42.0MPa (ass2500) at working temperature shall be in accordance with the specifications of Table 3.0.1-1 to Table 2.0.1-6. The intermediate overflow shall be determined by the internal method. The material categories listed in Table 3.0.1-1 to 6 shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG30624. The use temperature range of the material shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG 20624. 3.0.2 Working temperature refers to the temperature of flange metal under pressure. When the working temperature is lower than 38℃, the non-shock working pressure value of flange is the same as that at 38℃. 3.0.3 If the two flanges of a flange joint have different pressure ratings, the maximum non-shock working pressure value of the joint shall be the lower value, and the screw torque during installation shall be controlled to prevent over-tightening. 3.0.4 When the working temperature is higher than the temperature listed in the table and there is no exact (rated value), it can be determined by the designer based on experience or calculation. 3..5 When using materials other than those listed in the table, the maximum non-impact working pressure of the flange can be determined according to the material's allowable sensitivity and energy rules, referring to the materials listed in the table, but it must not be greater than the values in Table 35. ℃.5.
