The test methods adopted in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3300. 3.1.2 3.1.3 Overhead guards of forklifts shall comply with the provisions of GB5143. 3.1.4 The stability of forklifts must comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994 Implementation on July 1, 1995 JB/T 2391-94 3.1.7 The motor for traveling of battery forklifts shall adopt the S.60min working system, the motor for lifting shall adopt the S215min working system, and the motor for steering shall adopt the S.30min working system. The insulation level of the motor shall not be lower than Class F. 3.1.8 The transmission system shall not have abnormal noise, and the transmission shall not have automatic disengagement, cross-gear, and lag. Power shifting shall be smooth and impact-free. For newly developed products, mechanical transmission shifting shall have synchronizers. Hydraulic transmission forklifts shall have micro-motion performance. 3.1.9 The performance of forklift brakes must comply with the relevant provisions of GB10827. 3.1.10 Under standard load conditions, the maximum forward tilt speed of the forklift mast (or fork) shall not exceed 12°/s. 3.1.11 The natural sliding amount of the fork and the natural change of the mast inclination angle: the natural sliding amount of the secondary mast fork is not more than 40mm: the natural change of the mast (or fork) inclination angle is not more than 1°. 3.1.12 When the split rim is equipped with a pneumatic tire, the structure must ensure that the rim bolts can only be loosened after the wheel is removed from the vehicle. 3.1.13 The electrical system should ensure good insulation, and the control part should be sensitive and reliable. According to the requirements of the place of use, the forklift signal and lighting device should comply with GB10827 and refer to the relevant provisions of GB4785. 3.1.14 The exposed surface of the forklift should be smooth and beautiful. The paint should be evenly applied and should not have defects such as cracks, peeling, accumulation and blistering. Test according to the provisions of GB9286, and the adhesion of the paint film should not be lower than the quality requirements of level 2. 3.1.15 New products and transferred products must pass industrial tests and intensive tests before identification. The industrial test time is 1000h. The strengthening test time for internal combustion forklifts is 400h (forklifts with a rated lifting capacity of less than 5t, at least 20 cycles per hour, forklifts with a rated lifting capacity of 5t and above, at least 15 cycles per hour); the strengthening test time for battery forklifts is 200h (forklifts with a running speed greater than 11km/h, at least 52 cycles per hour, forklifts with a running speed of 7~11km/h, at least 45 cycles per hour, forklifts with a running speed less than 7km/h, at least 35 cycles per hour). The strengthening test report should generally be confirmed by the standardization technical unit. 3.1.16 The test items before the updated product appraisal shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. The test items of the updated product shall be tested accordingly according to the impact of the updated components on the product. 3.2 Manufacturing limit deviations of structural dimensions and performance parameters 3.2.1 The manufacturing limit deviations of the main structural dimensions (see Figure 1) of the forklift shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. For forklifts with power steering, the hand operating force acting on the steering wheel should be 10-25N when turning. The difference between the left and right steering forces should not exceed 10N. When the forklift is traveling in a straight line at maximum speed, there should be no obvious snaking phenomenon. 3.4.2 Brake operating mechanism for forklifts: For brakes that can only be engaged by stepping on the brake pedal, the maximum pedal force shall not exceed 600N; for brakes that can only be engaged by moving the brake pedal upward and releasing the brake pedal, the pedal force shall not exceed 300N. 3.4.3 When the forklift is under standard load operation, the hand operating force for parking brake on a slope shall not exceed 300N. 3.4.4 The braking distance of a forklift under standard no-load conditions shall not be greater than 6m. 3.4.5 Internal combustion forklifts shall be able to perform combined lifting and running operations at rated load, while battery forklifts shall not be able to perform combined operations. When overloaded by 10% and 25%, the mast lifting system and hydraulic system shall not have leakage or abnormal phenomena. 3.4.6 After a 400-hour intensive test, the average trouble-free working time of an internal combustion forklift shall not be less than 60 hours. After a 200-hour intensive test, the average trouble-free working time of a battery forklift shall not be less than 50 hours. 3.4.7 After the forklift has been subjected to intensive testing, the change values of the main performance indicators shall meet the requirements of Table 4. Tolerance of re-measured value after test ±30mm/s ±2km/h 3.5.3 The main power supply of the forklift must have a key switch device to prevent non-driver from starting. On the battery forklift, there should be a seat disconnect switch independent of the control system, which automatically disconnects the operating circuit when the driver leaves the vehicle. 3.5.4 There must be a space of more than 30mm between the metal cover of the battery on the battery forklift and the live part of the battery. If there is an insulating layer between the cover and the live part, the gap must be at least 10mm. The insulating layer must be firm to prevent the insulating layer from falling off or moving during normal use. 3.5.5 The main power supply of the battery forklift should be equipped with an emergency power-off device. The motor control circuit should be equipped with an overcurrent protection device. 3.5.6 The insulation resistance of the battery shall not be less than 50kn, and the cold insulation resistance of the current-carrying parts of other electrical equipment shall not be less than 0.3M2. 3.5.7 The forklift mast should be equipped with a limit device to prevent the fork frame from falling out when it is raised to the highest position. 3.5.8 When the lifting test is performed with an overload of 25%, the fork shall not be more than 300mm above the ground. Or when other overload alarm devices are used, the device must alarm when the overload is 25%. 3.5.9 The lowering speed of the forklift shall not exceed 600mm/5 under any circumstances (including when the hydraulic pipeline system is broken). 3.5.10 The sealing performance of the forklift is good. Under normal operation with rated load, there shall be no leakage in all parts. 3.5.11 The maximum allowable noise value outside the vehicle of the internal combustion forklift shall not be greater than: 86dB(A) for gasoline engine forklift; 89dBA for diesel engine forklift), and the maximum allowable noise value outside the vehicle of the battery forklift shall not be greater than 80dB(A). 4 JB/T2391-94 3.5.12 The smoke value of the diesel engine forklift shall not be greater than 5 waves. The measurement method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3846. 4 Signs and transportation 4.1 Fix the product label in a conspicuous and not easily damaged place on the forklift. The size and technical requirements of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and GB10827. 4.2 The "load curve" sign shown in Figure 2 shall be fixed in a conspicuous place for the driver. The size and specifications of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. Load center distance 4.3 Safety signs shall be marked on the outside of the mast. 4.4 The forklift shall have an obvious lifting position. 4.5 The steel serial number shall be marked in a conspicuous position on the forklift frame. 4.6 Before delivery, the manufacturer shall do the following: All random accessories and tools shall have anti-rust or other protective measures; all exposed unpainted parts of the forklift shall be coated with anti-rust oil (except the intake and exhaust manifolds and their connecting pipes); hydraulic components that must be sealed must be approved by the inspector before sealing; all lubricating parts shall be injected with sufficient grease: all forklifts with relative movement Moving parts must be fixed accordingly. 4.7 The forklift should be accompanied by the following documents when it leaves the factory: Instructions for use and maintenance: Product certificate of conformity: Catalogue of wearing parts; Packing list; List of tools on board. Quality assurance period If the user complies with the installation and use rules of the product, the product is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of delivery to the user. If the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge.
