The surface of the copper foil shall be smooth and clean, and shall not have any marks, folds, wear marks, or lubricating oil stains. 2.3.1
The edges of the copper foil shall not have burrs, notches, or cracks. 2.3.3
The ends of the copper foil roll shall be neat and clean, and shall not have any marks, pits, or dirt. The copper foil surface shall not have defects that exceed the thickness allowance. 2.3.4
2.3.5 For foils with a thickness of equal to or less than 0.03mm, individual pinholes are allowed when observed with the naked eye, but they should not form strips or accumulate around the edges.
2.3.6 For foils with a width of not more than 50mm, slight oxidation color is allowed, but it should not exceed 20% of the total number of rolls. For foils with a width greater than 50mm, oxidation color is allowed on the edges. 3 Test methods
3.1 The chemical composition arbitration analysis of copper foil shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB471-64 "Standard Method for Chemical Analysis of Copper". 3.2 The tensile strength test of copper foil shall be carried out in accordance with GB3076-82 "Metallic Sheet (Strip) Tensile Test Method". 3.3 The surface quality of copper foil shall be checked with the naked eye. 3.4 The thickness of copper foil shall be measured with a micrometer dry ruler or a lever micrometer, and the width shall be measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
4.1.1 The copper foil shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The buyer may inspect and accept the received products. If the inspection results do not conform to this standard, the internal quality shall be reported to the supplier within two months from the date of receipt of the product, and the external dimensions and surface quality shall be reported to the supplier within ten days from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 4.2 Batches
Copper foil shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same brand, specification and state. The batch weight shall not exceed 3000kg. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of copper foil shall be inspected for chemical composition, tensile strength, external dimensions and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
4.4.1 For the analysis of chemical composition, one sample shall be randomly selected from each batch of products for analysis (production is allowed to report the analysis results of ingots). 4.4.2 Sampling for tensile strength test: randomly select 2 longitudinal samples from each batch of copper foil for testing. 4.4.3 Samples of 3 to 5 m in length should be taken from each roll of copper foil for dimensional measurement and surface quality inspection. 4.5 Repeated test
Even if the test result of each test sample fails, double samples should be taken from the batch to retest the failed item. If one sample still fails in the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or reels shall be inspected, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 148
5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Marking
GB 5187-—85Www.bzxZ.net
The packaging box marking of foil shall comply with the provisions of YB730-70 "General Methods for Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Heavy Nonferrous Metal Processing Products". Labels shall be affixed to the qualified foil rolls, indicating: a. the name of the supplier,
b. Product name, brand, state and specification, c. Product batch number.
5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.2.1 Packaging regulations are as follows:
5.2.1.1 Copper foil must be wound on a plastic liner with an inner diameter of 32~40mm or an aluminum tube liner with an inner diameter of 27~30mm. The length of the liner is equal to the width of the copper foil, with an allowable deviation of +2mm. 5.2.1.2 The copper foil must be rolled tightly on the liner and should not be loose when the shaft roll moves. 5.2.1.3 The diameter of the foil shaft roll should not be less than 80mm, and the number of sheets per roll should not be more than 5. The rolled copper foil should be wrapped with thin paper and plastic film.
Packaging of copper foil: The wooden box is lined with moisture-proof paper and filled with soft objects and plugged tightly to prevent movement. Mark the words or signs such as "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" on the outside of the box and tie it tightly with packing tape. The gross weight of the wooden box should not exceed 50kg, and the gross weight of the container should not exceed 600kg. 5.2.2 During transportation and storage, it should be protected from collision, moisture and corrosion by active chemicals. 5.2.3 When storing copper foil, the wooden box should be removed first, and then the foil rolls should be stored on the shelves in the dry warehouse. 5.3 Quality Certificate
Each batch of copper foil should be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: a.
Name of the supplier;
Product name,
Product brand, specification, state and processing accuracy; batch number, weight and number of pieces:
Results of various analysis and inspections and the stamp of the technical supervision department, this standard number,
Packing date.
Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Metal Strip and Foil Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Cen Chuntian and Mo Xiumin. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Standard YB462-64 "Pure Copper Foil" will be invalid. 119
