4Description document structure
The meteorological dataset description document is an electronic document consisting of a title and the description document content. Among them, the title is "Meteorological dataset description document"; the description document consists of "dataset information", "data source information", "dataset entity information", "referenced literature", "dataset production and technical support" and "others". For specific requirements, see Table A.1 of Appendix A. The description document content is organized in layers in the form of chapters and articles. Chapters are the first level, and the chapter numbers are written in Arabic numerals starting from 1. A clause is a subdivision of a chapter or clause. The clause number is in the form of Arabic numerals with a period, such as "\1.2" or "1.2.1". There should be a title after the chapter and clause number. The title should be aligned to the left, with one space between the title and the number. The title and the following content should be separated by lines, and no punctuation should be added at the end. The content under the chapter cannot be blank. 5.1 Dataset information

It consists of the Chinese name of the dataset, the dataset code, the dataset version, and the dataset creation time. For specific requirements, see Table A.2 in Appendix A.
5.2 Data source information||tt ||It consists of basic attributes of the dataset entity such as data source, name, type, quality status and necessary description of the reliability of the data source. 5.3 Dataset entity information
5.3.1 Main content of dataset entity information
It consists of entity content, data storage and reading information, dataset time attributes, dataset spatial attributes, observation instruments (or observation means), data processing methods, data quality status and other parts. For specific requirements, please refer to Table A, 3 of Appendix A. The relevant explanatory text in each part can be explained in the form of an attached file.
5.3.2 Entity content
It consists of file name, file content, characteristic value, timeliness information and others. For specific requirements, please refer to Table A, 4 of Appendix A. 5.3.3 Data storage and reading information
It consists of storage format and reading, placement of dataset in the medium , data set archiving information, etc. For specific requirements, see Table A.5 in Appendix A.
5.3.4 Data set temporal attributes
It consists of time system, time range, temporal resolution, observation or forecast time, update frequency, etc. For specific requirements, see Table A.6 in Appendix A.
5.3.5 Data set spatial attributes
It consists of spatial distribution type, geographical range, station information, spatial resolution, vertical range, etc. For specific requirements, see Table A.7 in Appendix A
5.3.6 Observation instruments (or observation means)
Observations conducted in accordance with observation specifications, it is sufficient to indicate the name of the observation specification. When the observation instrument (or observation means) changes and may affect the uniformity of the observation data, the changes and the start and end time of application should be listed in detail.
