National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Environmental test method for analytical instruments
Cold test
The method of. environmental test for analytical instrumentsCold test
1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the cold test grouping, test conditions and test methods for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments). This standard is applicable to assessing the adaptability of instruments to work under low temperature environmental conditions. 2 Cold test grouping
Test temperature
Limiting working temperature
Rated working temperature
3 Test conditions
GB11606.3-89
3.1 Requirements for test equipment
3.1.1 The test box (room) should be able to provide the temperature specified in Chapter 2 of this standard in its working space, with an allowable error of ±2°C. The instrument should not be directly radiated by any heating and cooling elements. 3.1.2 Instruments with special requirements for wind speed, vibration and other influencing factors of the test box (room) can be stated in the product standard. 3.1.3 The volume of the test box (room) should be greater than 3 times the volume of the instrument. 3.2 Requirements for instruments
When the working space of the test box (room) is not enough to test the whole machine, if the instrument allows, it can be connected to the whole machine in the form of a sub-unit to form a system for separate tests.
4 Test duration
The duration of the instrument temperature test should be selected from the following times: 1, 2, 4h. If there is no separate provision, 1h is taken. 5 Test method
5.1 PretreatmentwwW.bzxz.Net
Place the instrument under normal (or reference) environmental conditions to achieve temperature equilibrium. 5.2 Initial inspection
Inspect the instrument in accordance with the relevant standards. 5.3 Test
Put the instrument in the test box (room) and power it on, then lower the temperature of the test box (room) to the specified value at an average temperature change rate of less than 1C/min, and maintain it for the specified test duration. 5.4 Intermediate Inspection
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 25, 1989 and implemented on March 1, 1990
GB11606.3—89
After the temperature test duration is reached, immediately perform performance inspection at the temperature in accordance with the relevant standards. 5.5
After the test is completed, the instrument should remain in the test box (room) and stop working, and then raise the temperature of the test box (room) to normal (or reference) environmental conditions at an average temperature change rate of less than 1℃/min. The recovery time after reaching normal temperature is 1~2h. 5.6 Final inspection
Inspect the instrument according to the relevant standards. Details to be specified when citing this standard
A. Items and requirements for initial inspection;
B. Duration of test;
E. Items and requirements for intermediate inspection;
D. Items and requirements for final inspection,
