JB/T5922-1991 This standard applies to two-way cartridge valves with hydraulic oil as the working medium. It is mainly used to draw the schematic diagram of hydraulic systems controlled by two-way cartridge valves. Referenced Standards GB786.1 Hydraulic and Pneumatic Graphic Symbols 3 Graphic Symbols 3.1 The graphic symbols for cartridges are shown in Table 1. 3.2 The graphic symbols of the control cover are shown in Table 2. 3.3 The graphic symbols of commonly used cartridge valves are shown in Table 3. 3.4 The graphic symbols of cartridge valve blocks are shown in Figure 1. 4 Graphic symbol drawing rules 4.1 Symbol elements and functional elements The solid isosceles triangle represents the valve core with a throttling window. Other symbol elements and functional elements shall comply with the provisions of GB786.1. 4.2 Graphic symbols of cartridges The basic dimensions of the graphic symbols of the cone valve cartridges with the valve core area ratio aa AA<1 are shown in Figure 2: The basic dimensions of the graphic symbols of the cone valve cartridges with Ax 4=1 are shown in Figure 3; b. The valve core area ratio aa= The valve core area ratio αA 4.3 Graphic symbols of control cover plates The basic dimensions of the graphic symbols of the sliding valve cartridges with the valve core area ratio αA =1 are shown in Figure 4. a. The basic dimensions of the graphic symbols of the control cover are shown in Figure 5: b. The graphic symbols of pilot control components such as shuttle valves, one-way valves, hydraulic one-way valves, throttles, and throttles with pressure compensation in the control cover can omit square, rectangular, and circular frames. 4.4 Combination of graphic symbols for cartridge valves 4.4.1 The upper edge of the control cavity in the cartridge symbol should be aligned with and centered on the bottom edge of the control cover symbol. 4.4.2 When the pilot control valve and other control components need to be combined on the control cover, the mounting surfaces should be aligned, and the corresponding control channels should be aligned. 4.5 Other provisions 4.5.1 Graphic symbols not included in this standard can be derived according to the symbol drawing rules and symbol examples specified in this standard. 4.5.2 When it is impossible to directly quote or derive, or when it is necessary to specifically explain the structure and working principle of a certain part, a structural diagram can be used to represent it locally. When drawing, it may be processed according to actual conditions, but the appropriate proportions of the various parts of the graphic should be maintained. It has the functions of two-position two-way directional control and throttling control. The valve consists of a cone-shaped insert with a valve core area ratio of α=1, a pressure reducing valve control cover with high and low pressure selection function, a superimposed pressure regulating valve and a three-position four-way solenoid reversing valve (sliding valve type). It has the functions of high and low pressure selection and unloading control. The valve consists of a sliding valve insert with α=1 and a control cover with a micro-flow controller and a pilot pressure regulating valve. Pressure reducing valve with constant pressure output This valve is composed of a cone valve cartridge with feedback spring and throttling window with α<1, and a control cover with a two-way proportional pilot valve.
