Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Welded runner of Francis turbine Stainless steel blade castings 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T734994 This standard specifies the ordering, manufacturing, product dimensions, test methods and inspection and acceptance rules of stainless steel blade castings for welded runners of Francis turbines. Other smelting methods may be used with the consent of the purchaser. 4.1.2 Casting Internal cooling iron is not allowed to be used during casting, and process increase shall be removed before final heat treatment. 4.1.3 Heat treatment Castings shall be heat treated, and the final heat treatment is normalizing and tempering. 4.1.4 Repair Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994 Implementation on July 1, 1995 JB/T7349-94 4.1.4.1 The welding repair of casting defects shall be performed by qualified operators according to the welding repair process requirements before the final heat treatment of the casting, and the welding rod shall be similar to the material of the casting. 4.1.4.2 Defects with a depth exceeding 25mm or exceeding 20% of the thickness of the section (if the thickness of the casting is less than 20mm, it shall be calculated as 20mm), or a single defect area exceeding 6500mm2 shall be considered as a major defect. The welding repair of major defects shall be recorded and provided to the purchaser. 3 Before welding repair, the defects shall be cleaned and inspected by magnetic powder or coloring flaw detection. 4. 1. 4. 3 After welding repair of major defects, stress relief heat treatment shall be carried out, and inspection shall be carried out according to the original flaw detection standard requirements to confirm that the welding repair quality is qualified. 4.1.4.4 4.1.5 Machining 4.1.5.1 Castings shall be roughly ground at the supplier's side. 4.1.5.2 The finishing and finishing allowance of castings shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the purchaser. 4.2 Chemical composition The chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. If the purchaser has no special requirements, the residual elements will not be used as the basis for acceptance. 4.3 Mechanical properties Hardness value will not be used as the basis for acceptance if the purchaser has no special requirements. N Aku(Akw) ≥63(≥50) 221~286 221~286 JB/T7349—94 4.4.3.2 The gap between the sample and the blade profile should be less than or equal to 0.002D (D. is the nominal diameter of the runner), and only three-point tolerance is allowed to be 0.003D24 4.4.3.3 The allowable deviation of the blade inlet and outlet water edge profile is ±0.001Dz. 4.4.3.4 The allowable deviation of blade thickness is (-0.04~+0.08)T+2mm (T is the pattern thickness of each measuring point). 4.4.3.5 The waviness of the front and back sides of the blade is expressed by the H/L value (L is the gap length, and H is the maximum gap size within this length). The waviness H/L should be less than 2%, and the waviness H/L of the cavitation-prone part on the back should be less than 1%. 4.4.4 Nondestructive testing 4.4.4.1 Magnetic particle inspection Magnetic particle inspection should be carried out on the blade surface, and the test results should comply with the 2~3 level regulations in GB9444. Or a color penetration test can be carried out as required by the purchaser. 4.4.4.2 Ultrasonic inspection The blades are tested for ultra-Luper flaws at the welding parts with a sensitivity of $6. The flaw detection range should be 1 to 2 times the maximum thickness of the part. The test results should comply with the provisions of level 2 to 3 in GB7233. Or according to the requirements of the belt. 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Chemical composition analysis 5.1.1 The chemical composition should be checked furnace by furnace. The analysis test block should be prepared in the middle of pouring. 5.1.2 The sampling and analysis methods of chemical composition analysis shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB222 and GB223. 5.2 Mechanical properties test 5.2.1 The shape and size of the test specimens for mechanical properties test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6397. The test block can be attached to the casting body or cast separately and heat treated together with the casting. The number of test blocks must be sufficient. The shape and size of the single casting test block shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB11352. The location and method of the attached casting test block shall be agreed upon by both parties, but the thickness of the test block shall not exceed 28mm. 5.2.2 Take 1 tensile specimen and 3 impact specimens from the same heat treatment furnace test block. The average value of the impact test results shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Among the 3 impact specimens, only one specimen is allowed to have an impact value lower than the value specified in Table 2, but not lower than 2/3 of the specified value. The tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of G13228, and the impact test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB229 or GB2106. 5.2.3 The hardness shall be measured on the specimen, and the hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB231. 5.2.4 Retest and reheat treatment When the mechanical properties test results are unqualified, double sampling shall be carried out for retest. If the retest results are still unqualified, reheat treatment may be carried out, and the number of reheat treatments shall not exceed two times. 5.3 Nondestructive testing 5.3.1 Surface inspection Magnetic particle inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9444. Coloring inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9443. 5.3.2 Ultrasonic test Ultrasonic test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB7233. 5.4 Shape and size test 5.4.1 The blade profile is checked with a sample. The sample and its instructions for use shall be provided by the purchaser. 5.4.2 Surface waviness test 5.4.2.1 The waviness is checked with a 1-meter flexible ruler parallel to the water flow direction and perpendicular to the water flow direction, as shown in Figure 1. For small and medium-sized turbine blades, the length of the flexible ruler used shall not be shorter than 1/2 of the airfoil chord length. 5.4.2.2 During the inspection, place the flexible ruler on the blade surface so that the surface of the ruler conforms to the smooth curved surface of the blade. After measuring one surface, measure the adjacent surface. When the overlap of the flexible ruler with the previous curved surface shall not be less than 150mm; if the site is limited, when the flexible ruler is shorter than 650mm for inspection, the overlap between the front and rear shall not be less than 10% of the ruler length. 5.4.3 Inspection of the water inlet and outlet profiles JB/T7349—94 5.4.3.1 The water inlet profiles shall be inspected with a template. For low specific speed turbines, two sections shall be inspected for each blade; for high specific speed turbines, three sections shall be inspected for each blade. The water inlet profile template shall extend from the top end of the blade along the front and back sides of the blade by 0.1D long. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3. Each blade should be inspected at 3 sections. The front waterside profile template should extend from the blade tail end along the blade 0.1D long; the back waterside profile template should extend from the blade tail end 0.15D long. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3. 1101 Quality certificate JB/T7349-94 When delivering goods, the supplier must provide the purchaser with a quality certificate, which shall include the following contents: a. Order contract number; Order drawing number; Product material brand; Standard number: Smelting number, part number; Product size, weight: Chemical composition analysis results; Mechanical properties test results; Non-destructive testing results; Blade profile inspection record; Major defect welding repair record; Other additional inspection results. Marking, packaging The supplier shall mark each casting with the contract number, furnace number, part number, etc., and circle it with white paint. 7.2 The supplier shall package the products according to the requirements of transportation conditions.
