3.1 The quality of pigment products shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding national standards, industry standards or enterprise standards. 3.2 Product inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. All technical requirements listed in the product standard are type inspection items. Under normal production conditions, the interval (cycle) of type inspection shall be specified. In addition, new products should be tested for type identification; when the formula, process, and raw materials of the product change, when the product resumes production after a long period of suspension, or when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements, type inspection should be carried out.
Product standards should also clearly specify the items of factory inspection, that is, the various tests that must be carried out when the product is delivered. 3.3 Before leaving the factory, the inspection department of the manufacturer should conduct batch inspections according to its product standards (a certain number of products produced under consistent conditions or aggregated in a prescribed manner is a batch). The manufacturer should ensure that all batches of products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of its standards. The products should have a certificate of conformity, and if necessary, a product quality certificate, instructions for use, and precautions should be attached. The quality certificate should at least include the following contents:
Product model, name, grade and standard number; manufacturer name and trademark;
Batch number and effective storage period;
Inspection results or proof that the product meets the technical requirements of the standard; e.

Labels shall be affixed to the bottles, indicating: sample model, name, production batch number and quantity, sampling date and name of the sampler. The bottle shall be sealed and stored for future reference, and the other bottle shall be used as a sample for inspection. 3.5 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of the product label. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical requirements, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-take double samples for re-inspection in accordance with GB9285. If it still does not meet the provisions of the product standard, the product shall be a substandard product. 3.6 The supply and demand parties shall inspect and check the packaging, quantity and marking of the product. If it is found that the packaging is damaged, the quantity is inconsistent, the marking does not meet the regulations, etc., the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 29, 1993 and implemented on April 1, 1994
