This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules and test methods, and packaging, marking and warranty requirements of YH series (IP44) high slip rate three-phase asynchronous motors. Type, basic parameters and dimensions
The enclosure protection grade of the motor is IP44 (see GB4942.1). The cooling method of the motor is IC0141 (see GB1993). The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB3, IMB5, IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMB35, IMV1, IMV3, IMV5, IMV6, IMV15 and IMV36 (see GB997), and they are manufactured according to the provisions of Table 1. 3.4 ​​The motor rating is based on the intermittent cycle duty system S3; the negative rotation duration rate is divided into 15%, 25%, 40%, and 60% (each duty cycle is 10 minutes), but the rated load duration rate when outputting rated power is only one of them. 3.5 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V. The rated power of 3kW and below is Y-connected, and the other rated powers are all △-connected.
3.6 The motor shall be manufactured according to the following rated powers (at rated duty cycle): 0.55, 0.75, 1.1, 1.5, 2.2, 3, 4, 5.5, 7.5, 11, 15, 18.5, 22.30, 37, 45, 55, 75, 90 kW. 3.7
The correspondence between the motor frame number and the synchronous speed, duty cycle and power shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. The dimensions and tolerances of the motor shall comply with the following provisions. 3.8.1
The installation dimensions and tolerances of the motor shall comply with the provisions of Tables 3 to 6; the overall dimensions shall not be greater than those specified in Tables 3 to 6. Table 2

4.2.2 The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but shall not exceed 40℃. Note: If the motor is specified to be used at an altitude of more than 1000m or the ambient air temperature is higher or lower than 40℃, the provisions of GB755 shall apply. 4.2.3 The minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃. 4.2.4 The average maximum relative humidity in the most chaotic month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature in the month is not higher than 25℃. 4.3 The deviation of the power supply voltage and frequency from the rated value during the operation of the motor shall comply with the provisions of GB755. 4.4 When the power, voltage, frequency and duty cycle of the motor are rated, the guaranteed values ​​of its slip rate, efficiency and power factor shall comply with the provisions of Table 13; when it is operated according to other three conditions and duty cycle or continuous duty system S1, its slip rate, efficiency and power factor may be different from the provisions of Table 13.
