7.4.1 Type inspection shall be carried out on at least one specification of new air coolers or old products that have undergone major reforms. 7.4.2 The performance test method may adopt industrial tests or relevant standard tests. 7.4.3 The internal cleanliness and moisture content of air coolers shall be implemented with strict process assurance. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
JB/T 7659.3-95
Each air cooler should be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label content should include: model, name, factory number:
design pressure, test pressure;
refrigerant used:
cooling area,
total air volume and air pressure of the fan;
total power and electrical system:
name and trademark of the manufacturer;
weight:
date of manufacture.
2 The direction of rotation of the fan should be indicated.
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The air cooler should be covered with a plastic film layer, and the packaging layer should have appropriate rigidity. The air cooler should be properly fixed to prevent collision and damage to the fins.
The inner cavity of the air cooler should be filled with nitrogen at a pressure not higher than 0.1MPa, and the pipe mouth should be sealed. 8.2.3 When the air cooler is supplied separately from the factory, it should be accompanied by the following technical documents: Product certificate:
b. Product manual;
Packing list.
8.3 Storage
The air cooler should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse without corrosive gas. Additional instructions:
This standard was proposed and coordinated by the Hefei General Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Air Conditioner Factory and Nanjing Wuzhou Refrigeration (Group) Company. The main drafters of this standard are Lv Linquan, Shen Hesheng and Mao Yongnian. 14787 Performance parameter test
The performance parameter test of air cooler can be carried out by industrial test or relevant standard test. The test report shall at least provide the following data: model of air cooler;
refrigerant used;
air volume of air cooler fan, m\/h;JB/T 7659.3-95
input power of each motor, W; voltage used, V, current, A, dry bulb temperature at the inlet of air cooler, ℃; wet bulb temperature at the inlet of air cooler, C; dry bulb temperature at the outlet of air cooler, ℃, wet bulb temperature at the outlet of air cooler, ℃; temperature of refrigerant entering air cooler, C; pressure, MPa, temperature of refrigerant leaving air cooler,, pressure, MPa; total cooling capacity, kw;
atmospheric pressure of test room, Pa.
