National Standard of the People's Republic of China Door Strength Passenger car--Strength of side doorsSubject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the strength requirements and test methods for passenger car side doors. This standard applies to passenger cars. 2 Terms 2.1 Initial compression resistance The average force that deforms the door over the compression distance of 0 to 152 mm. 2.2 Intermediate compression resistancewww.bzxz.net The average force that deforms the door over the compression distance of 0 to 305 mm. 2.3 Maximum compression resistance The maximum force recorded over the entire compression distance of 457 mm. 3 Technical Requirements GB15743-1995 Any side door of a vehicle for passenger access shall be able to meet the requirements of 3.1 or 3.2 at the manufacturer's option when tested in accordance with Chapter 4. 3.1 When any seat may affect the loading or lateral deformation of the vehicle, it should be removed from the vehicle. The vehicle should meet the following requirements: initial compression resistance shall not be less than 10000N; a. intermediate compression resistance shall not be less than 15560N; b. maximum compression resistance shall not be less than the smaller value of the force equivalent to 2 times the curb weight of the vehicle or 31120N. 3.2 When the seats are placed in the vehicle and are in any position that the seats can be adjusted to, and the backrests are adjusted to any adjustable inclination angle, the vehicle should be able to meet the following requirements: initial compression resistance shall not be less than 10000N; a. intermediate compression resistance shall not be less than 19450N, and the maximum compression resistance shall not be less than the smaller value of the force equivalent to 3.5 times the curb weight of the vehicle or 53340N. 4 Test method 4.1 The side window glass is at the highest position and all doors are locked. The body skirt opposite to the side to be tested shall rest on a firm, rigid vertical plane. Use fastening devices to firmly position the vehicle, which shall be installed at or before the centerline of the front wheels and at or after the centerline of the rear wheels. 4.2 The pressure head of the loading device is a steel rigid cylinder or semi-cylinder with a diameter of 305mm and a radius of 13mm for the edges and corners. Its length shall be such that its upper end face is at least 13mm above the lower edge of the window, but it shall not touch any components above the lower edge of the window during the test. 4.3 The loading device should be placed as follows (as shown in the figure): the axis of the pressure head is vertical; the axis of the pressure head is aligned with the midpoint of the horizontal line segment along the outer surface of the vehicle door 127mm above the lowest point of the vehicle door (see figure), and its bottom is on the same level as the horizontal line, and the cylindrical surface of the loading device is in contact with the outer surface of the vehicle door. Vehicle centerline Above the lowest point of the door Horizontal line at 127mm Lowest point of the door Loading position Midpoint of the horizontal line segment Loading direction Loading diagram Components above the lower edge of the window Lower edge of the window 4.4 During the test, the direction of movement of the indenter is perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle, and the load is loaded from the outside to the inside until the loading device moves 457mm. During continuous loading, the movement speed of the loading device shall not exceed 12.7mm/s and must be completed within 120s. Continuously record the load and the corresponding displacement, or record the test results in increments not greater than 25mm or not greater than 890N. The indenter shall not rotate or change its moving direction during the test. 4.5 Based on the results recorded in 4.4, draw a load curve with the extrusion distance as the variable, and find the integral of the applied load relative to the extrusion distance. Divide the integral value by the corresponding extrusion distance, and the result is the average force required to deform the door at this distance. 496 Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by China National Automobile Industry Corporation.
