5 Technical requirements
5.1 Performance

5.3 Material requirements
5.3.1 Stainless steel plates shall meet the requirements of 1Cr18N9, 0Cx19Ni9 in GB/T3284, or other grades with performance not lower than the above requirements.
5.3.2 Bakelite accessories shall comply with the PF2A1, PF.A, grades in the general (A) category of GB1404, or other materials with performance equivalent to the above.
5.4 Product quality requirements

6.1 Specifications
6.1.1 The capacity is measured with a measuring cup, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.1.2 The diameter is measured with a gauge or vernier caliper, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.2 Performance in Use
Place a magnetic code weighing twice the pure water capacity of the cup in the cup, lift it horizontally with the cup handle for not less than 0.8m, and support it statically for 10min, then take out the code and conduct a 10n full water test, the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1. 6.3 Product Quality Requirements
6.3.1 Measure wrinkles, concave and abrasion with a steel tape measure or vernier caliper, and the values shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.2 Measure scratches with a steel ruler and a feeler gauge, and the values shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.3 The roughness of the polished and sanded surface shall be checked in accordance with GB/T6062 or GB/T6060.4, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.4 Measure with a feeler gauge using the day pick method or the hand touch method, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.41. 372

6.3.7 The fit between the lid and the body: The requirements for rotating and opening and closing the cup lid after closing the lid shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.8 The coaxiality between the cup lid and the lid hole is measured with a vernier caliper, and the calculated value shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1.
