5.6 The measurement of noise should comply with the regulations of GB/T3768-1996. 5.7 After each crusher passes the assembly inspection, it should undergo continuous no-load test run at the manufacturer and comply with the provisions of 4.4. 5.8 After the test run, disassemble and inspect the friction parts of the crusher. There should be no serious burns, blackening, wear, or minor burns. Parts need to be treated properly before leaving the factory
5.9 Load test run is carried out by the user and meets the following requirements: a) No-load operation should comply with the provisions of 4.4: b) Half-load operation for 4 hours;
c) Full load operation should comply with the provisions of 4.5: d) There is no abnormal change in current:
Feeding and discharging are normal.

4.4.2 The rotation speed of the crushing cone should not be greater than 15r/min. 4.4.3 Periodic noise is not allowed in circular gears. 4.4.4 The oil supply pressure should be within the range of 0.04MPa ~ 0.12MPa, and the return oil temperature should not exceed 50°C. 4.5 Load test requirements
4.5.1 Continuous operation for 72 hours.
4.5.2 The oil supply pressure is within the range of 0.04MPa ~ 0.12MPa, and the maximum return oil temperature does not exceed 60°C. 4.6 Safety requirements
4.6.1 The crusher should have an interlocking system of electrical protection devices and auxiliary equipment. 4.6.2 The spring overload protection device of the crusher should be safe and reliable. 4.6.3 A safety operation sign should be fixed at a conspicuous location of the crusher. 4.6.4 When the crusher is running without load, the noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 90dB (A). Complete supply scope of crusher

5.2 When checking the gear meshing time, the eccentric sleeve should be close to the frame bushing on the side of the pinion and measured using the lead pressing method. 5.3 When checking the axial clearance of the transmission shaft, the back of the pinion should be close to the end face of the sleeve of the transmission shaft. , use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the end face of the drive shaft bushing on the other side and the oil slinger.
5.4 Check the size of the ore discharge port by using a lead ball fixed on the steel wire and measure it at four points roughly evenly distributed around the crushing cavity. The arithmetic mean of the dimensions after extrusion of the four-point lead balls is the size of the ore discharge port. The diameter of the lead ball used for measurement should be larger than the size of the predetermined discharge port. The processing capacity of the 5.5 crusher can be calculated using a belt scale or by weighing the materials on the unit length feeding conveyor belt, and then calculating it based on the speed of the conveyor belt.
