4 Test method selection
The test methods specified in this part include step temperature change and rapid temperature change. Marine instruments used in weather and water environments should be tested with step temperature change; marine instruments used in high and low temperature atmospheric environments should be tested with rapid temperature change.
5 Test: Step temperature change
5.1 Pretreatment
Place the test sample under standard atmospheric conditions to achieve temperature stability, or conduct the test according to the agreement between the two parties (such as product standards, test outlines or test contracts, etc., the same below). Initial inspection
Perform visual inspection, electrical performance, mechanical performance and other performance inspections on the test sample according to the agreement between the two parties, and record the inspection data in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.3 Condition test
5.3.1 The test sample should be placed in a low temperature test box (chamber) that has stabilized to TA without packaging, power supply and preparation for work, and then start the test sample and maintain the exposure duration t1 specified in 3.3.2. And keep the test sample in working condition at each stage of the temperature change test.
rrKaerkAca-
GB/T32065.8-—2020
5.3.2 Take out the test sample from the low temperature test chamber (room), put it into the high temperature test chamber (room) that has stabilized to T (20℃) under standard atmospheric conditions, and maintain the exposure duration t1 specified in 3.3.2. During this period, adjust the temperature in the low temperature test chamber (room) from TAr to TA2 (2℃).
5.3.3 Take out the test sample from the high temperature test chamber (room), put it into the low temperature test chamber (room) that has stabilized to T^2 (2℃) under standard atmospheric conditions, and maintain 3.3.2. During this period, adjust the temperature in the high temperature test chamber (room) from Te (20°C) to TBL.
5.3.4 Take out the test sample from the low temperature test chamber (room), put it into the high temperature test chamber (room) that has been stabilized to TB under standard atmospheric conditions, and maintain the exposure duration t1 specified in 3.3.2. 5.3.5 Take out the test sample from the high temperature test chamber (room), put it into the low temperature test chamber (room) that has been stabilized to T (2°C) under standard atmospheric conditions, and maintain the exposure duration t1 specified in 3.3.2. During this period, adjust the temperature in the high temperature test chamber (room) from T to T (20°C).
5.3.6 Take out the test sample from the low temperature test chamber (room), put it into the high temperature test chamber (room) that has stabilized to T (20℃) under standard atmospheric conditions, and maintain the exposure duration t1 specified in 3.3.2. 5.3.7 Steps 5.3.1 to 5.3.6 are a complete cycle of step-by-step temperature change, as shown in Figure 1. 5.3.8 Continue to carry out subsequent cycle tests according to the number of cycles specified in 3.3.4. 5.3.9 After the last cycle, take out the test sample from the test chamber (room) and recover it. 6.4.1 During the conditional test, the test sample shall be subjected to intermediate test according to the agreement between the test parties, and the test data shall be recorded in Table A.1. 6.4.2 During the intermediate test, the test sample shall not be taken out of the test box (chamber) or tested after recovery. 6.4.3 During the conditional test, if it is necessary to understand the performance of the test sample at a specific time, but the test cannot be completed in the test box (chamber), an additional batch of test samples shall be added for each specific time for recovery and final test. 6.5 Recovery
The test samples shall be recovered after the conditioning test as agreed by both parties to the test so that the test samples are in the same conditions as during the initial test. 6.6 Final test
As agreed by both parties to the test, the test samples shall be subjected to visual inspection, electrical properties, mechanical properties and other performance tests, and compared with the initial test data, and the data shall be recorded in Table A.1. 6.7
Related information
When the method specified in this section is used, the agreement between the two parties to the test should include the following information: a)

Initial test
Perform visual inspection, electrical performance, mechanical performance and other performance tests on the test samples according to the agreement between the two parties, and record the test data in Table A.1.
Conditional test
6.3.1 The test samples shall be placed in a low-temperature test chamber (room) that has stabilized to T^ without packaging, power supply and preparation for work, and then start the test samples and maintain the exposure duration specified in 3.3.2. The test samples shall be kept in working condition at all stages of the temperature change test.
6.3.2 Take out the test samples from the low-temperature test chamber (room) and place them in a high-temperature test chamber (room) that has stabilized to TB under standard atmospheric conditions, and maintain the exposure duration t1 specified in 3.3.2. 6.3.3 Steps 6.3.1~6.3.2 are a complete cycle of rapid temperature change, as shown in Figure 2. 6.3.4 Continue to carry out subsequent cycle tests according to the number of cycles specified in 3.3.4. 6.3.5 After the last cycle, the test sample shall be restored to room temperature in the high temperature box (chamber). 4
