Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Determination method of elastic modulus of vulcanized rubber 1 Scope of application HG4-834--81 Replaces HG 4--834-76 Group 49 Adjusted to: HG33a1-8 This standard is applicable to the determination of the stress-strain ratio of vulcanized rubber specimens when they are stretched using an elastic modulus tester. 2 Specimens 2.1 The width of the specimen is 10:0.2mm, the length is 80~90mm, the thickness is 2±0.3mm, and the thickness fluctuation range within the same specimen marking line shall not exceed 0.1. 2.2 The sample should be printed with markings of 500.5mm, as shown in Figure 1FT 2.3 Use a meter to measure the thickness of the three points within the markings of the sample, and take the arithmetic mean as the thickness of the sample. 3 Test instrument Elastic modulus determination device as shown in Figure 2. The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China issued the Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute proposed I - sample, 2 - upper clamp, 3 - lower ignition clamp implemented on October 1, 1981 Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute drafted Total 2 pages Page 2 4 Test steps HG4-834-81 4.1 Unless otherwise specified in other standards, this test should be carried out at 23±2\℃. 4.2 Slide the sample accurately onto the upper and lower clamps, as shown in Figure 2.4.3 Add a magnetic code of the required weight to the code disk of the lower clamp to make the tensile stress of the sample 10kg/cm2 (0.9806MPa). 4.4 Apply the load for 15 minutes. Use a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.5mm to measure the distance between the markings of the sample under tension. 5 Test results 5.1 The elastic modulus E (kg/cm2 or MPa) is calculated as follows: PL.bZxz.net E-boh.(tL))||tt ||Where: P—load acting on the specimen, kg or N: L. Distance between test specimen markings before the test, cm: L—Distance between test specimen markings after a certain period of load application, cm:. a—Width of specimen before the test, cm; h. —Thickness of specimen before the test, cm. 5.2 The number of specimens representing the same performance shall not be less than three. Take the arithmetic mean. 5.3 Test report The test report shall include the following contents: a. Elastic modulus: b.
