When the vacuum degree of the negative pressure water tank is between -0.025MPa and -0.03MPa, the centrifugal water pump connected to the water tank can drain water normally. JB/T10342-2002 4.2.2 The water system should have a temperature display and water level control device. 4.2.3 The pressure pipeline shall not leak under the rated working pressure. 4.2.4 Structural parts, containers, fasteners, etc. in contact with circulating cooling water must have anti-rust measures. 4.2.5 The water circulation system must be equipped with a filter that can be easily cleaned. 6 The upper and lower belts must be pressed and run synchronously. After the crawler runs one circle, the deviation error of the corresponding points of the upper and lower crawlers shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the circumference of the upper or 4.2.6 lower crawler. bZxz.net The crawler speed is stable and crawling shall not occur at low speed. 4.2.7 The strand belt clamping block shall not be loose from the chain during operation. 4.2.8 The double belt clamping force shall be adjustable, and there shall be a device to overcome the deadweight of the upper crawler. There shall be a dust suction device at the cutting place. The material collecting table shall operate normally and flexibly. Each transmission system shall operate smoothly, the meshing parts shall mesh well, and the whole machine shall operate without abnormal sounds, jamming and other undesirable phenomena. The electrical system shall be safe, sensitive and reliable. The noise (sound pressure level) shall not exceed 85dB (A) (excluding the instantaneous cutting). Safety requirements: Exposed moving parts shall have reliable safety protection devices. 4.2.15.1 Electrical appliances that may be splashed by water near the shaping device shall have waterproof function or measures to prevent water splashing to the electrical appliances. 4.2.15.2 The cutting saw blade shall have a reliable anti-loosening device. The continuity of the protective grounding circuit shall comply with 20.2 of GB/T5226.1-1996. The insulation resistance shall comply with 20.3 of GB/T5226.1-1996. The withstand voltage test shall comply with 20.4 of GB/T5226.11996. The leakage current shall not exceed 10mA. The metal casing of the electrical device and the host shall have a grounding device, and the grounding terminal shall be located at the wiring position and marked with the protective grounding symbol or the letter PE. 4.2.16 Appearance quality: 4.2.16.1 The exposed processed surface shall not have defects such as rust, bumps, scratches, etc. that may damage the quality. 4.2.16.2 The exposed non-processed surface shall not have defects such as bulges, depressions, pores, etc. that may affect the quality of the disk. 4.2.16.3 The painted surface shall meet the requirements of the paint film appearance in 3.4.5.1 of HG/T3228-1988. Vacuum valves and cooling water valves are numbered and marked correctly and neatly. 4.2.16.4 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Test methods 5.1.1 Detection of basic parameters 5.1.1.1 Check with a steel ruler that the width of the auxiliary machine profile channel is greater than the requirement of No. 1 in Table 1. 5.1.1.2 Take a section of formed special-shaped material (or substitute) and conduct a cutting test on the cutting device. It should meet the requirements of No. 1 and No. 2 in Table 1 at the same time. 5.1.1.3 Take a section of formed special-shaped material and clamp it between the upper and lower traction tracks of the traction device and send it out slowly. Use a tension or pressure measuring device to check the tension or pressure value. It should meet the requirements of No. 3 in Table 1. The measurement method of traction force is shown in Figure 1. 5.1.1.4 Adjust the traction speed. Use a speedometer to measure the traction speed. It can be adjusted steplessly and meet the requirements of No. 4 and No. 5 in Table 1. 5.1.2 Idle running test 5.1.2.tAfter the auxiliary machine is qualified for general assembly, an idle running test of not less than 30 minutes shall be carried out. Visual inspection and manual operation test of the machine's idle running condition shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.1~4.2.5 and 4.2.8~4.2.13. 5.1.2.2 5.1.2.3 Mark the corresponding points of the upper and lower crawlers respectively. After the strand belt runs in a circle, the horizontal distance between the two points measured with a steel ruler shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.6. Figure 1 Traction force measurement and transmission Force device JB/T10342—2002 5.1.2.4 Test the crawler running stability at the lowest speed, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.7. 5.1.2.5 The noise of the whole machine shall be measured three times with a sound level meter at the operator's position 1.0m away from the machine and 1.55m high at the vacuum setting device, and the average value shall be taken. 5.1.3 Load operation test After the idle operation is qualified, it shall be matched with the extruder for a continuous load operation test of not less than 2h. 5.1.4 Safety inspection 5.1.4.1 Visual inspection of exposed moving parts shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.15.1. 5.1.4.2 Visual inspection of the setting device and nearby electrical appliances shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.15.2. Visual inspection of the cutting saw blade shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.15.3. According to 20.2, the measured continuity of the protective grounding circuit shall comply with the provisions. 5.1.4.4 According to the provisions of 20.3 of GB/T5226.1-1996, the measured insulation resistance shall comply with the provisions. According to the provisions of 20.4 of GB/T5226.1-1996, the withstand voltage test shall comply with the provisions. 5.1.4.6 Visual inspection of the metal casing of the electrical device and the host shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.15.7. 5.1.5 Visual inspection of the appearance quality of the machine shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.16. 5.2 Inspection rules 5.2.1 Factory inspection 5.2.1.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and it shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 5.2.1.2 Each product shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 5.1.2, 5.1.4, and 5.1.5. 5.2.2 Type test 5.2.2.1 Type test shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) Preliminary determination and appraisal of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the product is discontinued for more than two years and then resumed; when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type test; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type test requirement. e) Type test shall be self-inspected according to all items of this standard. For each type test, one unit shall be sampled. If there is any unqualified item in the inspection items, another unit shall be sampled. If there are still unqualified items, 5.2.2.3 the type test shall be judged as unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Each product should be marked with a label in an appropriate and obvious position. The size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306-1991. The content of the product label should include: a) Manufacturer name and trademark: JB/T10342-2002 b) Product name; c) Product model: d) Manufacturing date and number: e) Main parameters of the product. Before packaging the product, the exposed processing surfaces of the machine parts and tools should be coated with rust-proof agent. 6.2 Product packaging should comply with the provisions of GBT13384-1992. 6.3 The following technical documents should be placed in the product packaging box (in a waterproof bag): a) Product certificate: b) Product instruction manual: c) Packing list. 6.4 The transportation of products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T191--2000 and GB/T6388---1986. 6.5 The products shall be stored in a ventilated, dry place without fire source and corrosive gas. If stored in the open air, rain protection measures shall be taken.
