This standard specifies the model and basic parameters, technical requirements, safety and environmental protection requirements, test methods and inspection rules of the butadiene rubber hose forming machine (hereinafter referred to as the forming machine).

3 Models and basic parameters
3.1 The model and representation method of the molding machine shall comply with GB/T12783 Provisions, 3.2 The basic parameters of the molding machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 1

4.1 The molding machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The compressed air pressure used is 0.4~0.6MPa. 4.3 The tensile strength of the working roller material is not less than 600N/mm2. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 8, 1994. Implemented on October 1, 1994. HG/T2603---94. 4.4 The surface of the working roller should be plated with hard chrome, with a chrome plating thickness of 0.04~0.1mm and a surface roughness of Ra<1.6μm. 4.5 The parallelism of the two lower working rollers is not greater than 1mm. 4.6 The roller spacing of the two lower working rollers should be flexibly adjusted, and the maximum and minimum roller spacing and its deviation adjusted by the roller spacing adjustment device within the full length range should comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.7 The molding machine shall have the following devices:

4.11 The painting requirements of the molding machine shall comply with the provisions of ZBG95010; the appearance requirements shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1541, 5 Safety and environmental protection requirements
5.1 The molding machine shall have an emergency stop device for manual control at any operating position. 5.2
The forming machine must have a safety signal device for manual control at any operating position to ensure the coordination of the working sequence of each operating position.
5.3 The noise sound pressure level of the forming machine during operation shall not be greater than 80dB(A). 6 Test method
6.1 Idle operation test
6.1.1 Before the idle operation test, the following items should be checked: a. The roll distance of the two lower working rolls measured by the special plug gauge (or vernier caliper) shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. b. The parallelism of the two lower working rolls measured by the vernier caliper shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. 6.1.2 During idle operation, a hose or buffer pad with an iron core should be placed between the upper and lower working rolls to prevent direct contact between the working rolls. 6.1.3 All lubrication parts should be adequately lubricated.
6.1.4 Each machine shall be tested for no less than 30 minutes, of which the working part shall be continuously operated for no less than 5 minutes, but not more than 10 minutes. The following items shall be checked during the test:
The connections of the working part shall be firm and the direction of rotation shall be correct; a.
The reliability of each safety device shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.1 and 5.2; b.
The reliability of the pneumatic system shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.8; d. The reliability of the transmission device and the conveying device shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.10; The noise sound pressure level during operation shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4, and the detection method shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2108; e.
The pressurizing device, clutch device and water-wrapped cloth device shall be flexible in operation and reliable in operation. f
6.2 Load operation test (can be carried out in the user's factory) 6.2.1 The load operation test can be carried out only after the empty operation test is qualified. The load test is to continuously form three types of hoses, large, medium and small, and the test time is not less than 1 hour.
6.2.2 During the load test, check the following items: a. The temperature rise of the working bearing shall not exceed 40℃; b. The tension of the water cloth shall be uniform;
c. The reliability of the indicating instrument of the control system shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.9. 7 Inspection rules

7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Each molding machine must be tested for idling before leaving the factory. 7.1.2 Before leaving the factory, the paint and appearance quality of each product shall be inspected in accordance with Article 4.11. 7.1.3 Each product shall be shipped only after passing the quality inspection of the manufacturer, and shall be accompanied by a certificate proving the quality of the product when leaving the factory. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 The items of type inspection shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 7.2.2 Type inspection should generally be carried out in any of the following situations: trial type identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; a.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b.
In normal production, one unit should be sampled for inspection every three years; when production is resumed after three years of suspension; d.
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: e.
f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.2.3 When a pair fails the random inspection, two more units should be sampled for inspection. If there is still one unit that fails, the batch of products should be inspected one by one. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Each product should have a product label fixed in an appropriate and obvious position. The form, size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306.
8.2 The basic contents of the product label include:
Manufacturer name or trademark;
Product model and name;
Main parameters of the product;
Product factory number;
Manufacturing date,
8.3 The packaging requirements of the product shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543 8.4 The transportation of the product shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department 8.5 The product shall be stored in a rainproof and ventilated warehouse or temporary shed and shall be properly kept. 9 Other
When the user complies with the transportation , storage, installation and use, the warranty period of the product is 12 months from the installation, but not more than 18 months from the date of arrival of the product. Additional notes:
