3.1 Low-density polyethylene film: The surface wetting tension after electric spark treatment is 38×10-540×10-5N/cm (38~40dyn/cm), and the thickness is 0.05±0.01 mm. bzxz.net
3.2 Rubber pad: 240mm×140mm×4mm. 3.3 Scrubbing solvent: ethanol or gasoline.
3.4Coated paper: 150g/m2.
4Instruments
4.1Glass rod: Φ7mm, length 250mm.
4.2Wire rod: Copper rod body ±9±0.05mm, length 170mm, stainless steel wire winding part length 100±0.50mm, steel wire g0.12mm, closely wound, neatly arranged without gaps.
5Testing conditions
5.1The test should be carried out at a temperature of 25±1℃ and a humidity of 65%±5%. 5.2When inspecting the color, it should be carried out under the D65 standard lighting body with an incident angle of 45°±5°. 6 Inspection steps
6.1 Use a glass rod to adjust the standard sample and the test sample respectively, then take a small amount of the standard sample and drop it on the upper left of the low-density polyethylene film with a rubber pad and fixed upper end, and then take a small amount of the test sample and drop it on the upper right. The two should be adjacent but not connected. 6.2 Use a wire rod to forcefully scrape a thin layer of ink on the low-density polyethylene film from top to bottom.
