This standard specifies the method for calculating the capacity of a bulldozer blade and provides a unified method for comparing the capacity of bulldozer blades indicated in product samples and instructions. This standard assumes that the bulldozer blade is a vertical flat plate and does not consider the capacity contained in the bulldozer blade. This standard applies to various bulldozer blades installed on various types of bulldozers defined in GB 8590, including fixed, rotary, semi-U-shaped and U-shaped structural types of bulldozer blades. This standard is not applicable to predicting the productivity of bulldozers on actual sites or the productivity of bulldozers that can be observed under any specific conditions. Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T5962-1991 Bulldozer Published on December 12, 1991 Capacity calibration of bulldozer shovel Implementation on July 1, 1992 Published by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Capacity calibration of bulldozer shovel JB/T5962-1991 —Crawler and tire bulldozers—Capacity calibration of bulldozer shovel". This standard is equivalent to ISO9246-88 "Earth-moving machinery—Subject content and scope of application". This standard specifies the calculation method of bulldozer capacity and provides a unified method for comparing the bulldozer capacity indicated in product samples and instructions. This standard assumes that the bulldozer is a vertical flat plate and does not consider the capacity contained in the bulldozer shovel (see Figure 1). This standard applies to all types of bulldozers installed on various types of bulldozers defined in GB8590, including fixed, revolving, semi-U-shaped and U-shaped structural types of bulldozers. This standard is not applicable to predicting the productivity of bulldozers on the actual site or the productivity of bulldozers that can be observed under any specific conditions. 2 Reference standards GB8590 Bulldozer terminology 3 Definitions 3.1 Bulldozer capacity V The rated capacity of the bulldozer when the bulldozer is in the middle position of the pitch angle and the cutting edge is placed on the reference plane (GRP) (see Figure 6), in cubic meters. 3.2 Projected area of the bulldozer A. The area of the bulldozer (excluding the protruding blade corner) projected onto a plane perpendicular to the ground and parallel to the middle cutting edge of the bulldozer when the bulldozer is in the middle position of the pitch angle and the cutting edge is placed on the reference plane (GRP) (see Figure 2), in square meters. 3.3 The width of the bulldozer W is the distance between the two sides of the bulldozer without considering the blade angle (see Figures 3 and 5), in meters. 3.4 The effective height of the bulldozer H is the vertical height or average vertical height of the bulldozer when it is in the middle position of the pitch angle, in meters. Its product with the width W is equal to the projected area Am of the bulldozer, that is, H'=A/W, (see Figures 3 and 5). 3.5 The effective area of the bulldozer is simplified as a vertical flat plate to calculate the capacity of the bulldozer, in square meters. 3.5.1 The effective area of fixed and rotary bulldozers is the vertical plane contained by W and H\ (see Figures 3 and 5). HOHHHHHH Figure 1 Capacity contained in the bulldozer Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 12, 1991Figure 2 Projected area of the bulldozer Implementation on July 1, 1992 JB/T 5962 - 1991 JB/T5962-1991 Figure 3 Effective area of fixed bulldozer Effective area of semi-U-shaped and U-shaped bulldozers Effective area of rotary bulldozer Figure 6 Rated capacity of bulldozer 3.5.2 The effective area of semi-U-shaped and U-shaped bulldozers consists of several 3 JB/T5962-1991 intersecting planes extending vertically upward from the cutting edge placed on the reference ground plane (GRP). At this time, the bulldozer is in the middle of the pitch angle, and the front dimensions of the bulldozer are W and H' (see Figure 4). 3.6 Wing angle a The bulldozer is in the middle of the pitch angle, the cutting edge is placed on the reference ground plane (CRP), and the angle (acute angle) between the cutting edges is measured in degrees (see Figure 4). 3.7 Wing length Z The length of the wing measured parallel to the width of the bulldozer is in meters (see Figure 4). Calculation of bulldozer capacity The capacity V of fixed and rotary bulldozers is calculated according to formulas (1) and (2): V.=v, V.m0.8WH? Where; V.---the calibrated capacity of the bulldozer when it is simplified as a vertical flat plate, m\. 4.2 The capacity V of the semi-U-shaped and U-shaped bulldozer blades is calculated according to formula (3) and formula (4): V = V + V - z)iga Where: V -.-The bulldozer blade is simplified into the capacity contained by several intersecting vertical plates (see Figure 6), m.
