3 Product classification
3.1 Transmission mode

3.1.1 Filters with a length of 20m or more should adopt mechanical meshing transmission mode, see Figure 1.3.1.2 Filters with a length of less than 20m should adopt support roller friction transmission mode, see Figure 2.3.2 Discharging mode

4Technical requirements
4.1The filter shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2The filter shall work under the following conditions: the slurry is a neutral and non-corrosive suspension; a.
b. The solid particle size in the slurry is not more than 0.6mm, and has a large relative density and loose physical properties; c. The solid content in the slurry should be more than 50%. 4.3 The transmission device of the cylinder should ensure that the cylinder has stepless or stepped speed regulation within the range specified in the table. 4.4 The total effective area of ​​the drainage surface of the filter plate shall not be less than 45% of the filtration area. 4.5 The screw heads for fastening the distribution plate and the degassing plate shall be buried 3 to 5 mm relative to the contact surface of the plate, and the contact surface shall be smooth, without depressions and protrusions. After the degassing plate and the distribution plate of metal materials are matched, there shall be no less than 3 contact points on any square area with a side length of 1 cm; the contact gap between the degassing plate and the distribution plate of non-metal chips materials shall not be greater than 0.05 mm. 4.6 The connection parts of the filter distribution head, the cavity wall of the cylinder and the parts working under vacuum or pressure, as well as the chamber filled with fluid should be dense and should be able to prevent liquid leakage and reduction of vacuum. 4.7 The weld surface should be flat, and defects such as burn-through, cracks, slag inclusions, and incomplete welding are not allowed. 4.8 The castings of the distribution head, throat, distribution plate and staggered air plate shall be artificially aged after rough machining. 4.9 The radial runout of the outer circle of the roller of GN-8 and GN-12 filters shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the radial runout of the outer circle of the liquid map of GN-20, GN-30 and GN-40 filters shall not exceed 2mm. 4.10 The unloading device of the filter shall meet the following requirements: The fixed surface shall be smooth;
b. The central belt conveyor shall be flexible and reliable in operation, and the belt deviation shall not exceed 20mm. 4.11 The high-speed running parts and transmission devices of the filter shall be equipped with protective covers. 4.12 All lubricating oil circuits shall be unobstructed to ensure lubrication. 4.13 All exposed non-processed metal surfaces of the machine shall be coated with two layers of primer and two layers of topcoat, the total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 74μm, and the adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than level 2 in GB9286. The paint shall be evenly applied without defects such as paint peeling, flaking, cracks and flow marks. The paint color shall comply with the provisions of JB2299.
4.14 The sound pressure level of the filter during operation shall not be greater than 80dB (A). 4.15 The filter shall have reliability indicators. 4.16 The complete set supply scope of the filter includes: a complete set of mechanical parts (excluding auxiliary equipment, filter cloth, pressure rope, etc.); a.
Electric motor;
Only one pair of V-belt pulleys for changing the speed of the cylinder are supplied. The user shall select the speed of the cylinder according to the requirements and indicate it in the contract; c.
If there is no indication, GN-8 and GN-12 filters shall be manufactured and supplied at medium speed, and the rest at high speed; d. For GN-8, GN-12 and GN-20 filters, they shall be supplied according to the unloading method required by the user. 4.17 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the complete set of filter can be equipped with vacuum pump, blower or compressor, automatic drainage device, filter cloth and pressure rope, etc. For the requirements of auxiliary equipment, see Appendix A (reference). 5 Test method 5.1. The filter should be run at maximum speed for 2 hours on the test bench to measure the radial runout of the outer circle of the roller ring (Article 4.9) and the power of the motor.
5.2 The cavity wall and weld connection tightness test of the parts (Article 4.6) shall be carried out according to the following provisions before painting: a.
After welding the simplified pressure rope groove, use kerosene to conduct oil penetration test. After 0.5h, the white powder applied on the back of the weld key is not allowed to turn black; each chamber of the distribution head is tested for water holding and maintained for 10min without leakage: b.
After the throat is processed, each channel is tested for water pressure and maintained at 0.2MPa water pressure for 10min without leakage. c.
5.3 The contact surface state of the distribution plate and the gas plate (Article 4.5) shall be checked by the following method: the number of contact points of the metal plate shall be checked by the coloring method; a.
b. The non-metallic plate shall be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge, and the insertion depth shall not exceed 10mm. 5.4 Check the heat treatment operation record (Article 4.8). 5.5 The appearance quality of the paint (Article 4.13) shall be observed with the naked eye, the thickness of the paint film shall be measured with a magnetic thickness gauge, and the adhesion of the paint film shall be measured and recorded in accordance with the provisions of GB9286.
5.6 The sound pressure level of the noise when the filter is working (Article 4.14) shall be measured with a sound level meter at a distance of 1m from the outer wheel of the machine and a height of 1.5m 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each filter shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Each filter shall be subjected to factory acceptance test at the manufacturer and the following shall be checked: cylinder speed, the error of which shall not exceed 5% of the value in the table; the state of the contact surface of the distribution plate and the gas plate (Article 4.5); the density of the parts (Article 4.6); the quality of the weld seam (Article 4.7); the radial runout of the outer circle of the liquid map (Article 4.9); the quality of the paint (Article 4.13); the noise (Article 4.14). 6.3 The sound pressure level of the filter noise (Article 4.14) The first product of the annual plan shall be measured. The noise sound pressure level of the remaining filters in the annual plan shall be filled in the product certificate according to the data measured by the first product, and no further measurement shall be made. 6.4 For the filters that have been shipped out of the factory, at least one filter shall be sampled for regular testing every two years to check whether the filter meets all the requirements of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each filter shall be fixed with a product label in an obvious and appropriate position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of JB8, and the following contents shall be indicated:
Manufacturer name and trademark;
Product name and model:
Main technical specifications;
Code of this standard;
Factory number and date of manufacture.
7.2 The filter can be packed or wrapped in parts. The shipment of the filter shall comply with the requirements of water and land transportation. 7.3 The exposed processing surface of the machine should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with oil paper or plastic film. The anti-corrosion period of the filter shall not be less than 2 years. 7.4 The holes of the filter (oil holes and instrument holes) should be able to prevent foreign matter from entering. 7.5 During the transportation and storage of the filter, the distribution head should not be hit. 4

7.6 The closed box should be ventilated and rainproof, and the parts inside the box should be labeled. 7.7
There should be obvious text markings on the outside of the closed box. The contents include: a.
Contract number and product name and model;
Net quantity, gross weight, box number, external dimensions; consignee and address;
Lifting line, center of gravity, "no falling" and other transportation signs; manufacturer name and trademark.
The wrapped parts should be marked with a sign in a conspicuous position, and the marking content is the same as Article 7.7, and the center of gravity position is marked on the product. 7.8
The packaged and wrapped parts should be kept in the warehouse or under the cabinet to avoid damage and weather effects. The following technical Technical documents:

8 Manufacturer's guarantee
8.1 Under the condition that the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use rules specified in this standard and the product manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that each filter meets all the requirements of this standard.
8.2 Within 12 months from the date of commissioning of the filter and within 18 months from the date of shipment, if the machine is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product for the user free of charge. 5

Requirements for ancillary equipment

A1 The ancillary equipment of the simple internal filtration vacuum filter includes: vacuum pump, blower Or compressor, automatic drainage device. A2 The vacuum degree of the vacuum pump should be able to reach 40~20kPa, and the pumping rate of the pump is 1~1.5m/min per square meter of filtration area. The smaller value of the pumping rate is used to form a dense and crack-free filter cake layer of evil suspension, while the larger value is used to form a suspension with fine pores or large cracks in the filter cake layer.
A3 The pressure of the blower or compressor should be able to reach 30kPa, and the blowing rate should be able to reach 0.2~0.4m*/min per square meter of filtration area. The smaller value of the blowing rate is used for filtering coarser materials, and the larger value is used for filtering finer materials.
