4.1 The car body shall not have serious deformation, cracks, rust, rivet shedding, loose threaded connection, etc. 4.2 There shall be no sharp protrusions inside or outside the car that may cause injury. 4.3 The car panel of the car shall be flexible to open and close, and the connection and locking shall be reliable. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on January 12, 1996, and implemented on April 1, 1996
GB16151.5—1996
4.4 There shall be no gaps greater than 5mm in any part of the carriage. For trailers used for bulk grain, sand and other goods, the gaps shall not be greater than 3mm. 4.5 The tipping control lock handle of dump and semi-dump trailers shall be flexible to insert or withdraw and lock reliably. 4.6 The carriage shall have a front safety rack and cable hook. 5 Frame and suspension
5.1 The frame and suspension shall not be deformed, cracked or severely rusted. 5.2 The leaf spring shall be firmly fixed and crack-free, and there shall be lubricant between the working surfaces of the spring. 6 Traction frame and steering mechanism
6.1 The traction frame shall not be deformed and shall be equipped with safety ropes and chains. 6.2 The traction frame must be horizontal after being connected to the tractor, and the traction point is allowed to move down 100mm; the latch should be locked reliably, and the traction ring should rotate flexibly in the tractor's traction fork.
6.3 After the trailer is connected to the hand tractor, the gap between the latch and the traction frame hole should ensure that the up and down movement of the control handle is not greater than 200mm.
6.4 The upper and lower turntables of the double-axle trailer rotate flexibly relative to each other, without serious looseness, collision, and jamming. 7 Walking device
7.1 The axle shall not be deformed; the axle is parallel to the ground and the wheel is perpendicular to the axle. 7.2 The tire specifications meet the original vehicle regulations, and the tire tread model on the same axle is the same. The degree of wear is also roughly the same, and the air pressure meets the specified requirements. All tires have no any of the following defects: a. The inner pad is wrapped outside;
b. The tread is worn flat;
c. There are cracks and cuts on the tread and sidewall that are longer than 25 mm and deep enough to expose the cord layer. 7.3 The wheel rims shall be free of cracks and deformation, and the nuts shall be complete and securely fastened. 7.4 The wheels shall rotate flexibly without any collision or looseness, and the adjusting nuts at the bearings shall be securely locked and dust covers shall be installed. 8 Braking system
8.1 The type of braking system shall comply with the following provisions: a. Semi-trailers equipped with walking tractors shall be equipped with pedal-operated mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic braking systems; b. Trailers with a load of less than 5t equipped with wheeled tractors shall be equipped with hydraulic or pneumatic test braking systems; c. Trailers with a load of 5t and above shall be equipped with pneumatic air-break braking systems. 8.2 The components in the braking system shall be complete and effective, without deformation or looseness, and securely locked. 8.3 The maximum braking efficiency of the brakes on the walking tractor trailer shall be achieved within four-fifths of the pedal stroke. 8.4 After the trailer is coupled to the tractor, when it is traveling on a dry and flat concrete or asphalt road surface, its braking performance shall meet the following requirements: 8.4.1 When a hand-held tractor with a trailer travels at a speed of 12 km/h, its braking distance S or average deceleration α shall be: a. When the trailer is unloaded: S ≤ 2.2 m, a ≥ 2.6 m/s2; b. When the trailer is fully loaded: S ≤ 2.7 m, a ≥ 2.1 m/s. 8.4.2 When a wheeled tractor with a trailer travels at a speed of 20 km/h, its braking distance S or average deceleration a shall be: a. When the trailer is unloaded: S ≤ 5.4 m, a ≥ 2.8 m/s; b. When the trailer is fully loaded: S ≤ 6.0 m, a ≥ 2.6 m/s. 8.4.3 When the tractor with trailer is braked in an emergency, the brake mark of the trailer should be slightly longer than the brake mark of the tractor, and the deviation after emergency braking should not exceed 80mm;
8.4.4 After the brakes of the tractor with a fully loaded trailer are locked, it should be able to stop reliably on a longitudinal dry hard slope of 16 with a slope of 20% in the uphill or downhill direction; and remain motionless for 5 minutes.
