3.t The test site should be able to meet the requirements of various tests. 3.2 The equipment should comply with the provisions of the random technical documents. Before the test, the technical characteristics of the complete set of equipment should be measured, and the results should be recorded in Table 13.3 The equipment should be adjusted to the most appropriate technical state and equipped with skilled operators and testers. 3.4 The instruments used in the test are shown in Appendix A (suggested appendix), and all should have a calibration certificate. 3.5 The crude plant oil used in the test should be selected according to the instructions of the complete set of equipment and comply with the provisions of H9823.1. 3.6 The sample and proofing number of the soft wool test should be in accordance with GB5524. The crude plant oil test should be carried out according to the items listed in Table 2, and the test piece method should be carried out in accordance with GRT5525, GD/T5528, GBT552U and GB/T5530. 4 Performance test
4. 1 Test purpose
Performance test To measure the performance index of the equipment and check whether it meets the design requirements. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on September 17, 1999

4.2 Test time

Test time: intermittent test time is not less than 24h, reverse test time is not less than h. 4.3 Test items and methods
4.3.1 No-load test
The no-load test time is not less than 30mn, and the inspection items are as follows: Whether the complete set of equipment is running normally and stably; b) Whether the control, adjustment, display and other devices are flexible, accurate and user-friendly; Check the altitude gauge on the equipment to see if the indicated figures meet the design requirements: d) The control, protection, expansion, and signal circuits in the gas system are sensitive and accurate in time. The results of the whole process are recorded in Table 3
4.3.1 Determination of performance
4.3.1.1 The performance measurement should be carried out under the condition of rated load of the equipment. The start and end time should be recorded during the measurement. The steam consumption of each equipment should be measured with a flow meter. The steam consumption of the complete set of equipment should be calculated with a flow meter. 4.3.2.2 The quality of the crude vegetable oil sent to the filter and the crude animal oil after purification should be measured with a flow meter, and the quality of the neutral gas recovered from the soap stock should be measured with a flow meter. In the above measurement, the interval refinement method is carried out once every production cycle (from the input of crude vegetable oil to the output of crude vegetable oil) and once every 2 hours. The measurement results are recorded in Table 3 and Table 4. 3.2.3 Calculation method

4.3.3.1 The measurement of noise A sound level and the measurement of A power are carried out according to Table 9796, and the results are recorded in Table 3. 4.3.3.2 The measurement of auxiliary temperature rise is carried out at the end of the vehicle performance test. Use a semiconductor point thermometer to measure the surface temperature of the auxiliary outer shell and the room temperature of the test site. The results are shown in Table 3. 4.3.3.3 Under full load conditions, observe the operation and circulation of the complete set of equipment, and record the results in Table 3. 4.3: 3.4 Observe the operational robustness of the complete set of equipment, the flexibility and reliability of the control system, and record the results in Table 3. 4.3.4 Inspection of refining quality
4.3.4.1 Take an oil sample once per quarter for the sensitive refining boiler, and take a leak sample once every 2h for the continuous refining boiler. Take no less than 1k samples each time: Stir the taken oil sample fully, mix it evenly, and separate 1k samples as standard samples for standby use. The specific method shall be implemented in accordance with GB/5524. 4.3.4.2 Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the project indicators specified in IEC 609823.1. The pre-standard inspection methods shall be implemented in accordance with GBT5525.GR/552R, CAT5529 and GBT5530 respectively, and the results shall be recorded in Table 45. Production test
3.1 Test purpose
The production test is to assess the performance of the complete set of equipment under the conditions of use, the working time before the first failure, the economy, the convenience of adjustment and maintenance, the safety, and the durability of the main parts. 5.2 Requirements
5.2.1 Before the production test, the test schedule should be prepared, the test date and schedule should be confirmed, and the test work should be organized and arranged. 5.2.2 The production test should be no less than 40 shifts. Among them, there must be 1 continuous test of 15 shifts, and the test time is at least 1 shift (h). The continuous production time cannot be exceeded.
5.3 Test content
