This standard specifies the recommended dimensions of the cross section and horizontal section length of the hook type forks given in GB5184-85 "Installation dimensions of hook type forks and fork carriages for forklifts". This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO2329-1983 "Dimensions of forklift forks". 2 Dimensions
Hook-type forks
2.1 Width and thickness
Whenever possible, the width 6 and thickness α of the fork shall be selected from the recommended series of sizes in Table 1 and Table 2 (see figure), and the entire fork shall comply with the requirements of GB5182-85 "Technical requirements and tests for forklift forks". Table 1

2.3 Basic length
