Fiberboard for flooring A board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw materials, aldehyde resin or other synthetic resin, and pressed under heating and high pressure conditions. Other suitable additives can be added to improve the characteristics of the board so that it can meet the requirements of the base material for flooring after veneer processing. Usually the thickness exceeds 5mm and the density is above 0.8og/cm, which is also called high-density fiberboard (HDF for short). 4 Classification and symbols

Products of the same shift, the same specification and the same type are considered as one batch. Number of unqualified judgments
Number of qualified samples
In each batch of products, randomly select at least one sample for testing. The physical and mechanical properties and formaldehyde emission of each sample shall meet the requirements of the corresponding category and grade. If one of the indicators is unqualified, it is allowed to double sample and re-test once in the batch of products. If one of the indicators is still unqualified after re-test, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 8.2.3.1 The density, moisture content, elastic modulus, formaldehyde emission test average value and density deviation within the board of the sample meet the requirements of the standard, and the density, moisture content, elastic modulus, formaldehyde emission and density deviation within the board of the sample are judged to be qualified; otherwise, it is judged to be unqualified. 8.2.3.2 The static bending strength, internal bonding strength and surface bonding strength test average value of the sample meet the requirements of the standard, and the minimum value is not less than 80% of the value specified in the standard, and the static bending strength, internal bonding strength and surface bonding strength of the sample are judged to be qualified; otherwise, it is judged to be unqualified. 8.2.3.3 The water absorption thickness expansion rate and dimensional stability test average value of the sample meet the requirements of the standard, and the maximum value is not more than 120% of the value specified in the standard, and the water absorption thickness expansion rate and dimensional stability of the sample are judged to be qualified; otherwise, it is judged to be unqualified. 8.3 If the product's appearance quality, specifications, dimensions, physical and mechanical properties, formaldehyde emission and other properties meet the requirements of the corresponding category and grade, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified; otherwise, it shall be judged as unqualified. 8.4 The product is measured in cubic meters (the allowable deviation shall not be included). It should be accurate to 0.01m when delivered in batches, and accurate to 0.00001m when measuring a single sheet.
9 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and identification 9.1 Marking
The product shall be stamped with a mark indicating the type, grade, production date and inspector code. 9.2 Packaging
LY/T 1611--2003
The products shall be packaged separately according to different types, specifications and grades. Each package shall be hung with a label indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, type, trademark, specification, grade, number of sheets and product standard number. 9.3 Transportation and storage
During transportation and storage, the product should be carefully placed flat and protected from moisture, rain, sunlight and impact. 9.4 Identification
Table 9 specifies the color identification of fiberboards for different types of floor substrates. Table 9 Board color identification
