JB/T7881.2-1999 JB/T 7881.4—1999 JB/T7881.5—1999 3 Basic parameters Type and basic parameters of wool shearing machine Test method of wool shearing machine Blade of wool shearing machine 3.1 The basic parameters of wool shearing machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7881.2. 3.2 The type and size of the joint of wool shearing machine shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1. 43 ·13 ±0.2 4 Technical requirements 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 Wool shearing machine shall be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Products for export shall meet the relevant regulations of the foreign trade department in addition to the provisions of this standard. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on August 6, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T7881.31999 4.1.2 The structure of the wool shearing machine should ensure that the height of the wool during shearing is not more than 5mm. 4.1.3 When shearing relatively clean fine-wool sheep, the number of sheep sheared per sharpening of a pair of blades (two moving blades are fixed) shall not be less than 8. 4.1.4 When the wool shearing machine is running idle, when the angle between the axis of the inner and outer joint covers is 140°~160°, the pressure of the pressure rod is 294N, and the swing frequency of the moving blade is 48Hz±1Hz, its vibration, noise, temperature rise, and idle power values are specified as follows: 4.1.4.1 The wool shearing machine is in a light grip state. In the narrow band analysis, the maximum values of the effective values of the vibration acceleration at points 3 and 4 (see Figure 2) are not more than 3m/s2 and 20m/s respectively. 1—safety screw; 2—same turn pin; 3—front of inspection hole screw; 4—middle of grip: 5 oil filling hole screw Figure 2 4.1.4.2 When the wool shearing machine is in horizontal hanging state, the noise sound power level shall not exceed 86dB(A). 4.1.4.3 When the wool shearing machine is idle for 30min, the average temperature rise of points 1, 2 and 5 shall not exceed 26℃. 4.1.4.4 The idle power of the wool shearing machine shall not exceed 35W. 4.1.5 The number of sheep sheared by the wool shearing machine without trouble shall not be less than 500. 4.2 Main parts and components 4.2.1 The parts and components of the same model of wool shearing machines shall be interchangeable. 4.2.2 The blades of the wool shearing machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of IR/T7881.5. 4.2.3 All fasteners, connectors and the front of the machine body of the product shall be rust-proofed. The appearance of the wool shearing machine should not have defects such as cracks, rust and bruises. 4.2.4 Select three points on the working surface of the eccentric shaft, transmission shaft, joint gear, slewing pin and other parts of the wool shearing machine and measure the surface hardness. The average value of the three points should be 60~63HRC. 4.3 Assembly requirements All parts and components of the wool shearing machine must be inspected and qualified; purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled 4.3.11 4.3.2 The extreme position of the axis angle of the inner and outer joint covers is shown in Figure 3. 4.3.3 All moving parts should run smoothly without abnormal sounds and interference. The distance between the tooth tip of the wool shearing machine blade and the actual working surface edge of the fixed blade is 0.5~2.5mm. When the moving blade swings to the left and right extreme 4.3.4 position, the outer edge of the side teeth of the moving blade should exceed the inner edge of the side teeth of the fixed blade, but not exceed the outer edge of the side teeth. The sharp claw of the pressure claw of the wool shearing machine should match the tapered hole of the moving blade, and the flat claw should fit tightly with the moving blade. 4.3.5 4.3.6 Replace the moving blade with a 3.5mm±0.1mm thick inspection blade. When the pressure of the pressure rod is 140~160N, the static pressure difference between the blades of the wool shearing machine shall not be greater than 50N Test method JB/T7881.31999 All requirements of this standard shall be tested in accordance with JB/T7881.4. Inspection rules 6.1 The wool shearing machine shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Before each wool shearing machine leaves the factory, a 30-minute idle running test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 4.1.4 of this standard, and the following requirements shall be met: a) Normal and stable operation without abnormal sound; b) All connectors and fasteners are not allowed to be loose. 6.3 The sampling plan and judgment rules for the normal inspection of the vibration, temperature rise, noise, idling power, surface hardness of main parts, static pressure difference between blades of the wool shearing machine are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Item name Item number Inspection level Sample code Sample number Vibration, temperature rise N=91~150 Noise, idling power Surface hardness Static pressure differenceWww.bzxZ.net When the number of unqualified products under inspection is less than or equal to Ac, the whole batch of products will be finally judged as accepted; when the number of unqualified products under inspection is greater than or equal to Re, the whole batch of products will be judged as rejected. 6.4 Type inspection should generally be carried out in any of the following situations: a) Trial-production and identification of new products; JB/T7881.3—1999 b) When there are major changes in the product structure, materials, and technology, which may affect product performance; c) Periodic inspection; d) When the results of the factory inspection are significantly different from those of the last type test; e) When the national quality supervision agency requires type inspection. 7 Marking, packaging and storage 7.1 The wool shearing machine should have a trademark 7.2 The wool shearing machine should be wiped clean and packaged after protective treatment. The packaging should be firm and beautiful. The packaging box should be marked with: a) Manufacturer's name; b) Product name; c) Product type Number or mark: d) Manufacturing date or factory number 7.3 Random documents, accessories, spare parts and T. tools should be complete and packed together with the product. Random documents include: a) Packing list: b) Product inspection certificate; c) Product instruction manual; d) Three-guarantee certificate. 7.4 Products with good packaging should be stored in a moisture-proof and rain-proof warehouse. 8 Quality guarantee period If the user complies with the use conditions specified in the instruction manual of the wool shearing machine and the machine is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality within the one-year three-guarantee period, its seller, repairer, and manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement, and return in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Responsibility of Repair, Replacement, and Return of Agricultural Machinery Products".
