Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the determination principle, calculation formula, statistical scope and judgment principle of product quality grade rate (including superior product output value rate, first-class product output value rate, qualified device output value rate). This standard is applicable to departments and enterprises for the determination and calculation of product quality grade rate. Each department and enterprise can refer to the provisions of this standard to formulate specific implementation measures suitable for their departments and enterprises. Methods for determination and calculation of quality grading rate of products
CB/T 13340 --- 91
The product quality grading rate is one of the important indicators of the quality indicator system. This indicator reflects the quality level and changes of my country's industrial products, which is conducive to promoting the technological progress of enterprises and the use of international advanced standards; it is conducive to promoting the adjustment of product structure and meeting the needs of consumers of different grades; it is conducive to optimizing resource allocation and investment direction of enterprises, and providing a basis for the macro-management of the national economy and the formulation of quality policies. 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the determination principles, calculation formulas, statistical scope and judgment principles of product quality grading rate (including superior product output value rate, first-class product output value rate, and qualified product output value rate). This standard applies to the determination and calculation of product quality grading rate by departments and enterprises. Departments and enterprises can refer to the provisions of this standard to formulate specific implementation measures suitable for their departments and enterprises. 2 Referenced standardsWww.bzxZ.net

Product quality grade rateQuality grading rate of productsThe ratio of the sum of the output value of weighted graded products in the reporting period (i.e. the sum of the weighted output value of superior products, weighted first-class products and weighted qualified products) to the total output value of graded products in the same period (i.e. the sum of the output value of superior products, weighted first-class products and qualified products). 4 Calculation formula
4.1 Product quality grade rate (G)
G(%) = aP,+ap:+aP- × 100
Wherein: P——total output value of graded products in the reporting period (constant price), ten thousand yuan;1
PI,P,P: are respectively the output value of superior products, the output value of standard products and the output value of qualified products (constant price) in the same period as P.P,+P.+Fs=P;
,a,.- are respectively the weighting coefficients of P1P2,Pa (the determination method is shown in Chapter 6),4.2 Superior product output value rate (G)
G(%) =
Formula: PP same as 41
4.3 First-class product value rate (G)
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 29, 1991X 100
1992-10-01 implementation
In the formula, PP —same as 4.1.
4.4Qualified product output rate (G)
; P, P—same as 4. 1.

(3)
The calculation of product quality grade rate (including superior product output value rate, first-class product output value rate and qualified product output value rate) is carried out according to the statistical data at the end of each month, quarter and year.
6 Determination of weighting coefficient
6. 1 Definition of weighting
A non-negative coefficient is assigned to each variable to weigh the importance of the variable, and the non-negative coefficient is called weight. 6.2 Principles for determining weighted coefficients a. Based on the technical level, quality level and management level of my country's industrial production. b. Based on the statistical and evaluation needs of the state and various industries. c. Based on the planning objectives for improving product quality levels. 6.3 Weighted coefficients 6.1.2~1.5, encourage the production of superior products; 1.0. Plan the quality level of most of my country's products at the international average level. 0.5~0.8, do not encourage the production of qualified products. The weighted coefficients used in this standard are 1=1.5, 1=1.0, 0.7-0.57 Statistical range of product quality grade rate 7.1 Total output value of graded products For graded products, the output value of graded products can only be counted after they have passed the quality inspection and entered the warehouse. Products that have not been inspected or have incomplete test items, although they have passed the inspection, have not been put into production, and although they have been put into storage, they are not in this period. They should not be counted as the output value of graded products in this period. 7.2 The calculation of the output value of superior products and second-class products must be the products that the enterprise has obtained the corresponding quality grade certificate and are within its validity period.
7.3 The output value of products listed in the classification catalog but without classification standards shall be calculated as qualified product output. 7.4 The output value of products that are not included in the classification monthly record shall not be counted as the output value of graded products. 7.5 The output value of graded products can only be calculated after new products are officially put into mass production after mass production appraisal and are included in the classification daily record. 7.6 The calculation results of product quality grade rate (including superior product output rate, first-class product output rate and qualified product output rate) shall be filled in Appendix A (reference).
8 Determination of product quality grade rate
The statistics of product quality grade rate (including superior product output rate, standard product output rate and standard product output rate) should be scientific and reasonable, with accurate and reliable data. The calculation results can only be compared. The determination of various situations is shown in the following table (see Table 1): 2
