6 Test methods
6.1 Material test
HY/T055—2001
6:1.1 For the test of microporous filter membrane, see Chapter 6 of HY/T:053. 6.1.2 The test of plastic parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.60. 6.1.3 The test of rubber gaskets (rings) shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB4806.1.2 Cleanliness test
6.2.1 Install the unit filter element (length is 254mm) on the flushing device, pass high-purity water with a resistivity of more than 10Mα·cm and start timing;
6.2.2 Pay attention to the change in the value displayed by the resistivity meter. When the outlet water resistivity rises back to 10M2·cm, the timing ends. 6.3 Initial flow test
6.3.1 Install the unit filter element (length is 254mm) on the special filtering equipment and pass pure water (or distilled water). The hydrophobic filter element needs to be soaked with isopropyl alcohol (or anhydrous ethanol) in advance; 6.3.2 Pressure (using a precision pressure gauge with an accuracy level of 0.4 and a range of 0MPa to 0.4MPa) so that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element reaches 0.02MPa;
6.3.3 Use a timer and a volume container to measure the volume flow rate within 1 minute at the outlet. 6.4 Integrity test
6.4.1 Minimum bubble point pressure method
6.4.1.1 Dynamically circulate 25℃ pure water or distilled water in the unit filter element (length 254mm) to fully soak it; 6.4.1.2 Fill the inside or outside of the external pressure filter element with air or nitrogen filtered by a 0.22um microporous filter membrane; 6.4.1.3 Use a precision pressure gauge (accuracy level 0.4, range 0MPa~0.4MPa) to slowly adjust the gas pressure entering the inside or outside of the filter element to the specified minimum bubble point pressure; 6.4.1.4 Under this pressure, there should be no continuous bubbles on the outer or inner surface of the filter element (because the inner surface is difficult to observe, an air pipe can be led out of the inner hole of the filter element to the water).
6.4.2 Pressure decay method
6.4.2.1 Check the air tightness of the integrity test equipment (using a single-core stainless steel filter with a length of 254mm and a volume of approximately 0.002m3); 6.4.2.2 Dynamically circulate 25℃ pure water or distilled water in the unit filter element (length of 254mm) to fully soak it: 6.4.2.3 Install the soaked filter element in the filter housing of the test equipment; 6.4.2.4 Open the water outlet valve and introduce air or nitrogen filtered by a 0.22um microporous filter membrane to the inlet to the specified pressure value (using a precision pressure gauge with an accuracy level of 0.4 and a range of 0MPa to 0.4MPa), close the air inlet valve, and start timing; 6.4.2.5. Record the pressure value after 3 minutes and calculate the pressure decay rate according to formula (1). t=(P -P2)/3
Where: r pressure decay rate, MPa/min;
P,—specified pressure value, MPa;
P. Pressure value after three minutes, MPa.
