This standard is a revision of JB/T5273-1991 "Technical conditions for Y-H series (IP44) marine three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size 80280)".
Compared with JB/T5372-1991, the main changes of this standard are as follows: The writing format is in accordance with GB/T1.1-2000 and GB/T1.2-2002. The power range is expanded. The original standard specifies the frame number of 80-280, and the frame number specified in the revision is expanded to 80-355, and the corresponding technical content is supplemented, and the standard name is also slightly changed. According to the provisions of GB/1993-1993, the cooling method code of the motor is changed to IC411. - According to the provisions of GB/T4772.1-1999, the motor installation size A/2-item is deleted. According to the provisions of GB10068-2000, the vibration limit of the motor is modified. According to the provisions of GB755--2000, the tolerance of the guaranteed value of some parameters of the motor is supplemented. According to the provisions of China Classification Society's "Rules for Classification and Construction of Steel Seagoing Vessels" (2001), the ambient temperature and temperature rise limit of the motor are modified.
This standard replaces JB/T5273---1991.
This standard is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute, and Dezhou Hengli Motor Co., Ltd., Jieyang Electric Motor Factory, Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Yuandong Electric Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Pioneer Electric Motor Factory participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Ma Junpu and Zhang Liangji. This standard was first issued in June 1991.
