The terms in this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB29CC.1 and GB2900.15. 4 Product classification and model
4.1 Submerged arc furnace transformers are divided into ferroalloy furnace transformers, calcium carbide furnace transformers, yellow phosphorus furnace transformers and other types of submerged arc furnace transformers according to the classification method of the corresponding submerged arc furnace.
4.2 The product model of submerged arc furnace transformers shall be compiled according to the provisions of JB3837. 4.3 The rated capacity of submerged arc furnace transformers shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When it cannot meet the use requirements, other special capacities may be selected. The recommended rated capacity of the single-phase ore-heating furnace transformer that constitutes the three-phase transformer group is 1/3 of the value in Table 1. The rated capacity of other single-phase ore-heating furnace transformers is selected according to Table 1.
The rated capacity, basic parameters and performance data of different types of ore-heating furnace transformers are determined according to the corresponding standards. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Conditions of use
5.1.1 Normal conditions of use

The maximum temperature of cooling water at the inlet of the oil-water cooler is +30℃, and the waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sinusoidal; the power supply voltage of the multi-phase transformer should be approximately symmetrical. Table 1
5.1.2 Special use conditions
Use conditions that do not comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 are special use conditions. Under special use conditions, the user department should propose them when ordering: the manufacturer and the user department shall negotiate and determine the special requirements for the product. 5.2 Temperature rise limit, cooling method mark
5.2.1 For the submerged arc furnace transformer with insulation material heat resistance grade A, the temperature rise limit at 1.1 times the rated current shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5.5.1 All transformers of submerged arc furnaces must be equipped with gas relays and pressure relief devices. 5.5.2 Transformers of submerged arc furnaces must be equipped with oil storage cabinets, and transformers of 8000kV·A and above should take measures to prevent oil aging. 5.5.3 The structural type, size and relative position of the secondary outlet terminals of the transformer of the submerged arc furnace shall meet the following requirements. 5.5.3.1 The layout of the plate-type secondary outlet terminal is shown in Figure 1- to Figure 1-g. 5.5.3.2 Secondary The dimensions of the outlet terminal board are shown in Figure 2. 5.5.4All submerged arc furnace transformers should be equipped with a trolley. The trolley should be easy to pull, the rollers should be able to turn 90°, and its wheelbase or track gauge should comply with the provisions of Figure 3 and Table 5.

Note: Due to structural reasons, the longitudinal wheelbase (or track gauge) of the trolley can adopt a different specified value from the transverse wheelbase (or track gauge) or its multiples. 5.5.5 The oil level gauge, signal thermometer, nameplate and tap-changer operating mechanism of the oil storage cabinet of the submerged arc furnace transformer shall not be placed on the secondary side.
General structural requirements for the oil cooling system and control box, oil protection device, oil temperature measuring device, oil tank and its accessories, etc., shall comply with the provisions of GB6451.1~6451.4 for the parts not specially specified in 5.5.6
of this standard. 6
Test items, test methods and inspection specifications 6.1 The factory test, type test and special test items and test methods of the transformer for submerged arc furnace shall comply with the provisions of GB1094.1~1094.5.
Note: The induction high voltage test shall be carried out at the tapping position of the highest secondary voltage. 6.2 The unbalance rate of the primary side DC resistance of the transformer for submerged arc furnace shall comply with the provisions of GB6451.1~6451.4. There is no specific provision for the unbalance rate of the secondary side DC resistance, but the actual measured value of the DC resistance shall be provided to the user department. .3 Insulation characteristics (insulation resistance, absorption ratio, dielectric loss rate) shall comply with the provisions of GB6451.1~6451.4. 6.4 The strength of the oil tank of the submerged arc furnace transformer shall comply with the provisions of GB6451.1~6451.4. 6.5 The sealing test of the submerged arc furnace transformer shall comply with the provisions of GB6451.1~6451.4. 6.6 For submerged arc furnace transformers with a voltage of 63kV and above or a capacity of 8000kV.A and above, the dissolved gas in the transformer oil shall be analyzed before leaving the factory. The detection method shall comply with the relevant standards such as GB7252. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 All external terminals of the submerged arc furnace transformer shall be marked. The corresponding winding terminal number shall be marked. Each transformer shall have a nameplate that is not easy to corrode.
The nameplate of the submerged arc furnace transformer shall clearly indicate the following items: a, transformer name, model, product code, trademark, b. Standard code;
Manufacturer name (including country name),
Factory serial number and manufacturing year and month;
Rated capacity (kV·A),
Rated frequency (Hz),
Rated voltage (V or kV);

For transformers with strong oil cooling, the allowed working time limit when the cooler stops running under full load should be noted. Impedance voltage, no-load loss, load loss and no-load current are the actual measured values ​​at the maximum, rated and minimum values ​​of the secondary voltage. For transformers with series voltage regulation, the actual measured values ​​at the middle position should also be given. .2
The packaging mark of the transformer product of the submerged arc furnace shall comply with the provisions of GB191. During transportation and storage, measures shall be taken to prevent the secondary outlet terminal board from being exposed to the sun and rain.
7.3 Factory Technical Documents
The factory technical documents include installation and operation instructions, product certificate, product appearance drawing, product disassembly parts list, packing list, nameplate drawing filled with data and transformer oil test report. For submerged arc furnace transformers of 8000kV.A and above, there shall be a transportation dimension drawing. For the special requirements of users, the manufacturer shall provide test results or special instructions. The factory technical documents shall be properly packaged to prevent moisture and loss. 7
