GB/T4501-199B
This standard is based on GB/T4531-1984, a standard for indoor test methods for testing performance of heavy-duty automobile tires (first edition). It is equivalent to the international standard in major technical modifications. Through the inspection of the performance of automobile tires in my country, it is consistent with the international standard, so as to meet the requirements of the national trade standard. The main differences between the standards and the automotive industry are as follows: (1) the test drum speed of the tire is determined by the wheel speed level, and the test method is changed to determine the test method by wheel level; (2) the test load and speed of the tire are determined by the tire type: the original standard determines the test force according to the tire type; (3) different tires are tested at different test speeds, and the original standard does not distinguish between structures. (4) The test speed of some specifications and varieties is adjusted, while maintaining the test duration and quality inspection requirements. 2. Differences between the standard and the international standard
(1) The international standard stipulates that the transfer effect is 17cum+17mm and 2000m.+20mm two-piece acid machine. According to the existing test equipment in my country, this standard uses the transfer test equipment with a diameter of 1700mm+17mm in the international standard. (2) The test conditions for single tires with a rated load of ≤1+51k and a wear level of 160km/h and above in the main text of the national standard are moved to Appendix A (the appendix of the technical standard) for reference: (5) The ambient temperature of the tire inflation shop during the test is 3813℃, which is higher than the international standard. The humidity is 20℃ and the test temperature is 20℃~30℃. This standard shall be implemented from the date of implementation. The requirements of A and B in this standard are sufficient to indicate the damage. The standard is issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. Standard It is under the jurisdiction of the National Tire and Rim Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard is Beijing Rubber Industry Research Institute, Ministry of Industry of China. The main initiators of this standard are: Beijing Rubber Industry Research Institute, Ministry of Industry of China. This standard was first issued in January 1984. This standard is entrusted to the National Tire and Rim Standardization Technical Committee for the interpretation of GB/T4501-1998. ISO Foreword ISO (International Standard Group) is a joint organization of international standardization organizations (ISO members) in the world. The work of formulating national standards is mainly carried out through the 1S technical committee. Each member with professional interests in the established technical committee has the right to represent the industry in the technical committee. International organizations (including foreign and domestic organizations) with ties to 15) can also participate in this work and cooperate with the International Electrical Committee in all aspects of electrical technical standardization. Technical Committee Meetings: The draft of the international standard shall be issued by the member groups through a round-robin vote: the publication of the national standard requires at least 75% of the member groups' approval. [International Standard ISO113454 was developed by Technical Committee 1SD/1C31/SC4 Tire Rims and Valve Strategies, Rims and Wheels.

The following standards contain provisions that become the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was issued, the versions shown were valid. The inspection method of the new standard should discuss the possibility of using the new version of the following standards: GB9744-1397 Truck tire
GB/T2077-197 Truck tire series 3 Requirements
After the tire is tested for durability, the tire pressure should not be lower than the specified initial pressure: The tire appearance inspection should not have defects such as (tread, tire, cord layer, airtight layer, belt layer, bead) delamination, cord separation, cord breakage, flower, joint cracking, cracking, and abnormal deformation of the tire body.
4 Main technical parameters of the test machine
The diameter of the test drum is 1700m ± 17mm, the surface should be a flat steel surface, and the width should be greater than the inflated section width of the test tire. 5 Test method
5. 1 Test conditions
5.1.1 The appearance of the test tire shall comply with the provisions of GBU744. 5.1.2 Install the tire on a standard wheel that meets the Gn/397 standard with the corresponding air pressure of the maximum rated load (when there are two use conditions, the air pressure corresponding to the maximum rated load of the single tire shall be used). 5.1.3 The wheel assembly shall be kept at a temperature of 38℃+3℃\-t for at least 3 hours. 5.1.4 The time from the drum to the specified speed shall be within 5 minutes. 5.t.5 The durability test conditions of tires of various strength levels shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2.1 After the tire is released, the tire is re-inflated to 5.1. 5.2.2 Install the wheel-rim assembly prepared according to the above conditions on the test axle, make it vertical to the test surface, and perform the reverse test according to the requirements of Part 1. 5.2.3 During the test, the ambient temperature is 38°C ± 3°C. The ambient temperature measuring device should be installed with a distance of 1000mm from the tire. 5.2.4 The test should be carried out according to the regulations and the time difference. It should not be interrupted, the air pressure should not be adjusted, and the wheel should not be artificially adjusted. The test load of each stage should be kept unchanged. 5.2.5 After the tire is connected to the test sequence and the three stages of the test are completed, the machine should be installed immediately.Measure the range of air pressure and required dimensions, cool naturally, and remove the wheel for appearance inspection.
