Article 1.0.5 The grade and applicable scope of plastering, coating and slurry brushing projects shall meet the design requirements.
Article 1.0.6 The decoration project shall not be constructed until the quality inspection of the substrate or base is passed.
Article 1.0.7 Before the construction of high-end decoration projects, samples (samples or standard rooms) shall be made in advance, and they can only be carried out after being tested by relevant units. Whether samples are required for other grades of decoration projects shall be determined by the design.
Article 1.0.8 The construction of outdoor plastering and finishing projects shall generally be carried out from top to bottom. After high-level measures are taken, it can be carried out in sections. Article 1.0.9 The construction of indoor decoration projects shall wait until the roof waterproofing project is completed and It should be carried out under the condition that it will not be damaged or polluted by subsequent projects. When indoor plastering is carried out before the completion of roof waterproofing, protective grooves must be used.

Chapter II Plastering Project
Section 1 General Provisions
Article 2.1.1 This chapter applies to the construction and acceptance of general plastering and decorative plastering projects.
Article 2.1.2 The type of mortar used in plastering projects shall be selected according to the design requirements. If there are no design requirements, it shall comply with the following provisions: 1. Plastering of the outer walls of exterior door and window openings, eaves, plinths, and eaves walls - cement mortar or cement mixed mortar
3. Plastering mortar for rooms and workshops with high humidity;
3. Bottom layer plastering of concrete slabs and walls
or polymer cement mortar:
cement mortar or cement mixed
cement mixed mortar, cement mortar
4. Bottom layer plastering of silicate blocks, aerated concrete blocks and slabs - cement mixed mortar or polymer cement mortar,
5. Bottom and middle layer plastering of laths, metal mesh roofs and walls - hemp lime mortar or paper reinforced lime mortar.
Article 2.1.3 The mix ratio and consistency of plaster mortar shall be inspected and qualified before use.
Cement mortar and mortar mixed with cement or gypsum shall be used up before initial setting.
Article 2.1.4 When admixtures are added to mortar, the amount of admixtures shall be determined by test. Article 2.1.5 For plastering on the surface of the substrate where the wooden structure meets the masonry structure, concrete structure, etc., a metal mesh shall be laid and nailed first and tightened firmly. The overlap width between the metal mesh and each substrate shall not be less than 100mm.
Article 2.1.6 Before plastering, dust, dirt and oil stains on the surface of masonry, concrete and other substrates shall be cleaned and sprinkled with water to moisten. Article 2.1.7 For a flat and smooth concrete surface, if there is no design requirement, it can be treated with putty without plastering.
Article 2.1.8 Before plastering, the flatness of the base surface should be checked first, and the same mortar as the plastering layer should be used to set marks or marking bars. Article 2.1.9 Before plastering, check whether the steel and wooden door and window frames are in the correct position and whether the connection with the wall is solid. The gaps at the joints should be filled and compacted in layers with cement mortar or cement mixed mortar (with a small amount of hemp knife). Article 2.1.10 The positive corners of indoor walls, columns and door openings should be protected with 1:2 cement mortar. The height should not be less than 2m and the width on each side should not be less than 5mm. Article 2.1.11 Indoor plastering projects should be carried out after the installation of water supply, gas and other pipelines. Before plastering, the wall holes and floor slabs through which the pipelines pass must be filled and compacted. The wall plastering behind radiators and dense pipelines should be carried out before the installation of radiators and pipelines, and the joints of the plastering surface should be smooth.
Article 2.1.12 Before the construction of the exterior wall plastering project, the steel-wood door and window frames, balcony railings and embedded iron parts should be installed, and the construction holes on the wall should be blocked and dense. Article 2.1.13 For the exterior wall window sills, window awnings, balconies, pressure tops and protruding waistlines, etc., a water flow slope should be made on the top, and a drip line or drip groove should be made on the bottom (see Figure 2.1.13). The depth and width of the drip groove should not be less than 10mm and should be neat and consistent. Article 2.1.14 Before the plastering layer of various sand accumulations solidifies, it should be prevented from quick drying, water flushing, impact and vibration; after solidification, measures should be taken to prevent contamination and damage. Article 2.1.15 The plastering layer of cement mortar should be maintained under moist conditions. Article 2.1.16 In winter construction, insulation measures should be taken for plastering mortar. When applying, the temperature of the mortar should not be lower than 5℃.
Article 2.1.17 The mortar plaster layer shall not be frozen in the initial stage of hardening. When the temperature is below 5℃, the mortar used for outdoor plastering can be mixed with concrete antifreeze, and the amount of admixture shall be determined by test. Antifreeze containing chloride salts shall not be added to the plaster mortar for paint wall.
