Protective equipment should have the mechanical properties required for normal use and be firmly fixed on the machine. The structure of the protective device should comply with the requirements of GB11395.1. i.5.
4. Machine structure
The accessible parts and components should not contain any defects that may cause damage, such as sharp edges. 4.9 Safety warning signs
4.9.1 The markings on the motor terminals should comply with the requirements of GI1!71: 4.9.2 If the rotational force may cause a fault or affect the product performance, the product should be marked in a safe manner:
4.9.3 If the structure and safety protection cannot eliminate the various dangers, there should be safety warning signs at the bottom. Warning signs must comply with GH10, for example, machines powered by automatic engines have a "dangerous pressure" sign and the word "to prevent electric shock, install the machine correctly according to the requirements of the instruction manual": machines powered by internal combustion engines should have a "dangerous pressure" sign and a warning document "When the engine is running, the safety device must not be damaged."
49.4 There should be a general sign with lubricant in a conspicuous position, and a water-filled warning sign should also be fixed on water-filled batteries. 49.5 Ensure that the indicator light will not extinguish during the service life. 4.10 Coupling of pump and engine NY643—2002 4.10.1 There should be a 3mm-5mm gap between the coupling and the motor. 4.10.2 When the pump and the engine are driven by belts, the axes of the engine and the engine should be parallel, and the symmetric center planes of the two pulleys should be 3% and 10% of the center distance. When the center distance is greater than 100mm, the center distance of the pulleys shall not be less than the distance between the two pulleys. 4.10.3 When movable agricultural machinery such as tractors are used in conjunction with pumps, it should be ensured that there is no vibration during operation. 4.11 Instruction manual 4.11.1 The instruction manual provided with the engine should be written in accordance with the provisions of G969.1. 4.11.2 The instruction manual shall contain detailed safety regulations, and the content shall include the corresponding content in Section 6 of this standard.
4.11.3 The specification table or diagram of the matching power transmission pulley or coupling shall be listed in the instruction manual. 5. Safety technical requirements
5.1 Environmental requirements
5.1.1 The water pan of the pump, the content of impurities in the water, the particle size of impurities, and the pH value shall comply with the provisions of the product instruction manual. The water source shall be able to ensure the continuous rotation of the system.
5.1.2 The water source shall be small enough to drive the motor, and the power supply voltage and power rating shall comply with the provisions of the instruction manual. When the power supply is far away from the use site, the conductor used shall ensure that the working voltage of the motor meets the requirements of the instruction manual. 5.2 Installation requirements
5.2.1 The water outlet should be able to withstand the temporary pressure of 1.3.1 according to the requirements of the user manual, and the water inlet should be able to withstand the thickness of 0.1. The water supply route is virtual and there is a need for low-pressure pump outlet. 5.2.2 The water inlet distance from the water surface should not be less than 0.5m523 The height of the low dynamic water surface should not exceed the suction range of the system: and ensure that the highest water surface shall not exceed the pump machine hangar during the rainy season.
5.2.4 When the motor is used as the power, the grounding device marked with the grounding mark on the motor should be connected to the grounding wire or the grounding wire can be connected to the ground. 5.2.5 The electrical end of the motor should be installed by a dedicated person. 5.2.6 The water pump should be vertical in the water and not horizontal. 5.2.7 The diving depth of the system is 3m1 and the minimum is 0.5m (from the inlet), but the water is not fully immersed. 5.3 Inspection of the machine before use

It is not allowed to start the machine without lubricating oil or insufficient lubricating oil. For water-filled hydrostatic recorders, it is required to fill with water before use. 5.3.4 Check the system components and check whether the circuit wiring is reliable. During the comprehensive inspection, if fluid is found, it should be replaced immediately. Cable replacement should be done by professionals.
5.4 Trial operation
5.4.1 Fill the pumps (except for submersible pumps, self-priming pumps, etc.) with water and drain the air out of the system. 5.4.2 Start the equipment under low power conditions, such as centrifugal pumps, vortex pumps, mud flow pumps, etc., with the valve fully open. When the system reaches the positive belt speed, gradually adjust the gate valve to the rated head. 5.1.3 The operation of the control panel should be smooth and vibration should be small. There should be no abnormal sound. 5.4.4 Check the tightness: There should be no leakage at all points of the water pipe (except for the filling); there should be no paint rain in the lubricating oil. 5.51 Operation 5.5.1 Put the system into use under normal circumstances during the trial operation: 5.5.2 The system is on time. The electric motors of the submersible system are not allowed to be out of the water and sink into the mud to avoid the system being burned due to insufficient heat dissipation: NY643-2002
5.5.3 When the electric system is long, the cables should be laid in the middle. 5.5.4 The power should be cut off when moving and the cables are not allowed to be released to ensure safe operation. 5.5.5 During operation, strengthen the regulation and maintenance, and pay attention to the following aspects: L.) Pay attention to the root movement, noise and current of the unit: When abnormalities occur, the unit should be stopped for inspection. h
Check whether the dripping of the material is normal and whether the pressure of the tower material is loose. The dripping amount of the stuffing box is about 9 drops/n15mL/nabout 30 drops/ain--50 drops/min>
Remove the floating objects in the water inlet pool in time. Check whether there is vortex at the water suction point. Check the water level change of the water inlet pool. If the water inlet filter surface c
drops below the specified low water level: the pump should stop working. 5.6 Maintenance, care and storage
5.6.1 When the environment temperature is lower than 0℃ or it is not in the state for a long time, the water in the cabinet should be drained. 5.6.2 Open the pump, clean and dry the parts, apply the front rust sleeve, reassemble them, and seal the inlet and outlet. 56.3 The pump should be properly stored in a ventilated and dry room, and should not be placed in a place with heat and high temperature. 5.6.4 Replace the engine oil and necessary parts (seal, engine seal, etc.) in the engine cavity according to the instruction manual.
