Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China Automobile mat Mechanical coupling device for tractor and trailer Strength test Motor vehicles-Drawbar couplings and eyesfor hinged drawbars-Strength test This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO8718 "Testing of commercial road vehicles" (1988 edition). Subject content and scope of application GB/T 15087-94 Mechanical coupling device for tractor and trailer -Strength test This standard specifies the strength requirements and test methods for the mechanical coupling device for tractor and trailer (hereinafter referred to as the mechanical coupling device). This standard applies to mechanical coupling devices that meet the requirements of GB.4781. 2 Reference standards GB4781 Interchangeability of mechanical coupling devices for tractor and trailer 3 Strength requirements After completing the tests specified in this standard, the traction device and the towing eye shall not have permanent deformation, cracks and fractures. 4 Test method 4.1 General test requirements 4.1.1 The strength test is a dynamic test carried out on the test bench. 4.1.2 The installation and positioning method of the traction device on the test bench shall be consistent with the installation and positioning method of the traction device on the tractor specified in the manufacturer's assembly instructions. 4.1.3 The traction device and the traction ring shall be tested separately. 4.1.4 According to the manufacturer's regulations, the flexible device of the tractor and the full trailer workshop can be made inoperative in this test. 4.2 Determination of horizontal load on traction device and traction eye The horizontal load is an equivalent determined by the calculation result of the longitudinal force generated between the tractor and the trailer. Its value is calculated according to the following formula: Www.bzxZ.net F=gm+m2 Wherein: F horizontal load, kN; ml-maximum total mass of tractor factory, t; m2-maximum total mass of trailer factory, t; gravitational acceleration, g=9.80665m/s2. 4.3 Test steps Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on May 31, 1994 and implemented on January 1, 1995 GB/T 15087-94 4.3.1 Install the mechanical connection device on the test bench according to the requirements of 4.1.2. 4.3.2 Apply a sinusoidal alternating load F. as shown in Figure 1, where F. varies between +0.6F and -0.6F. The force is applied through a gapless traction ring. The loading frequency shall not be greater than 30 Hz and shall not coincide with the natural frequency of the system. 4.3.3 Load for 2×105 cycles. 4.3.4 After testing according to the above steps, check whether the mechanical connection device has permanent deformation, cracks and fractures.
