This standard is revised according to IS09188:1993 (E) "Machine Tool--Parameters and Dimensions of Closed Single-Action Mechanical Force Machines with Nominal Force of 400kN4000kN" (hereinafter referred to as IS09188 standard), combined with the requirements of double-action sheet metal drawing process and parts for the parameters and dimensions of hydraulic presses.
The basic parameters and dimensions of this standard document are neither in the form of IS09188 standard nor in the form of other current parameter standards in this industry, mainly because: the selection range of parameters and dimensions specified in IS09188 standard is too large, which is not convenient for wide selection (hereinafter referred to as "parameters and dimensions") and design of manufacturers, while the selection range of parameters and dimensions of other current parameter standards in this industry is too narrow and cannot meet the needs of the market. To this end, this standard combines the different characteristics of the IS (I) standard and other existing parameter standards in this industry, and for the first time in this industry, formulates a parameter standard that selects parameters and sizes by corresponding or cross methods within a certain range; due to the different structures and performances of hydraulic presses and mechanical presses, the parameter items of this standard are determined by the specific functions and characteristics of hydraulic presses; this standard also refers to the provisions of the IS (I) standard, and particularly emphasizes that the parameter standard "does not restrict the user's selection and the manufacturer's design". In this way, it can adapt to the needs of the domestic market and international trade, technical and economic exchanges as soon as possible, as well as the need for leapfrog development by adopting international standards. 3 Basic parameters and dimensions of double-action thin plate stretching hydraulic press 3.1 The parameter diagram of the double-action thin plate stretching hydraulic press is shown in Figure 1. 3.1.1 The parameter diagram of the double-action thin plate stretching hydraulic press only expresses the basic parameters and dimensions, and does not limit the user's selection and the manufacturer's design.
3.1.2 Meaning of the codes in the parameter diagram of the double-action thin plate stretching hydraulic press: a) H is the opening height of the stretching slider;
b) S is the stroke of the stretching slider;

3.3 Principles for selecting relevant parameters and dimensions of double-acting thin plate drawing hydraulic press: only one hydraulic cushion force parameter is selected for each nominal force (specification). 3.3.1
3.3.2 The opening height, stroke and hydraulic pad stroke of the stretching slider can be adopted according to the parameters listed in Table 1, or they can be cross-selected. 3.3.3 The opening height and stroke of the pressure slider should be consistent with the opening height and stroke of the stretching slider in principle. In special cases, the opening height and stroke of the pressure slider can be slightly smaller than the opening height and stroke of the stretching slider (but the decimal should be an integer in the hundredth place). 3.3.4 The size of the stretching slider, the distribution size of the push rod hole of the hydraulic pad, the pressure slider and the workbench size can be adopted according to the size listed in Table 1, or they can be cross-selected.
3.3.5 Speed
