HG/T3004--1999bzxz.net This standard is a revision of the chemical industry standard HG/T3004-1983 "Fast Yellow 10G". The technical content has been increased and some changes have been made. The important technical differences between this standard and HG/T3004-1983 are as follows: 1. Adding four requirements for water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and oil resistance; changing the names of the two items of color light and moisture to color and 105C volatile matter respectively; changing the color comparison from the original comparison with the standard sample to the comparison with the agreed sample; changing the relative tinting strength from the original comparison with the standard sample to the comparison with the agreed sample, changing the index from the original 95%~105% to not less than 100%, and changing the oil absorption range from the original 25%~~45% to (25~40) g/100g, both indicators have been improved; 1. The test methods of color light, tinting strength, moisture, water-soluble matter and oil absorption in 1983 are converted into the corresponding new national standards. This standard will replace HG/T3004-1983 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments. This standard was drafted by: Changzhou Paint Chemical Research Institute, Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are: Zheng Wenjuan, Jin Liandi. 912 1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Fast yellow 10G Fast yellow 10G This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, marking and packaging of fast yellow 10G. HG/T 3004—1999 Replaces HG/T3004:1983 This standard applies to yellow pigments produced by coupling reaction of o-nitro-p-chloroaniline with o-chloroacetoacetaniline after diazotization. The products are mainly used in inks, coating printing pastes and cultural and educational supplies. Structural formula: Experimental formula: C1H20,N,Clz CHCONH Relative molecular mass: 395.30 (1991 International Relative Atomic Mass) 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard.
