This standard adds requirements for lamp holders (the above ECE version does not have this content). Description of the main changes between this standard and the previous version (GB/T11554--89): a) The previous version was formulated with reference to the 1978 version of the ECE No.38 regulations; b) Management terms and certification regulations have been added to the previous version; c ) is included in the requirements for lamp holders to ensure interchangeability of use; d) This standard is a mandatory national standard. From the date of implementation of this standard, GB11554--89 will be abolished automatically. This standard was proposed by the State Administration of Machinery Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Automotive Lighting Research Institute. Light demands. National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision approved on 1998-10-19 and implemented on 1999-10-01 259 GB11554-1998 4.1.2 Rear fog lamps shall withstand Under the environmental conditions of 23±5°C, after preheating for 20 minutes at the test voltage specified for the lamp, and working continuously for 1 hour, the lamp should have no obvious warping, deformation, cracks or discoloration after the test. For the above test voltage, it should be checked. Is the power at this voltage the average power of the bulb specified in GB15766.1 (that is, without tolerance)? If not, the test should be adjusted at the voltage of this power. 4.1.3 The light color and chromaticity characteristics of the rear fog lamp should comply with the regulations of GB4785. To check the chromaticity coordinates of the chromaticity characteristics, a light source equivalent to the standard illuminant A specified in GB/T3978 (color temperature 2856K) should be used. However, for non-bulb-replaceable rear fog lamps, the chromaticity coordinates are measured at the test voltage. 4.2 Non-bulb replaceable rear fog lamp, bulb and its lamp holder 4.2.1 The nominal voltage of non-bulb replaceable rear fog lamp is 12V or 24V, and its power and other photoelectric parameters are agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. 4.2.2 The type of bulb used in the bulb-replaceable rear fog lamp shall comply with the regulations of GB15766.1. 4.2.3 The lamp holder of the bulb-replaceable rear fog lamp shall comply with the provisions of IEC Publication61-2. 4.3 Light distribution requirements 4.3.1 Within the angle range specified below, the luminous intensity of the rear fog lamp in all directions shall comply with the following regulations: 4.3.1.1 The horizontal HH line and vertical VV line passing through the reference axis, Between 5° above and below the reference axis and 10° left and right (see Figure 1), the minimum limit of the luminous intensity is 150cd, 150cd 10° 5 ° 0 Figure 1 5° 10° 4.3.1.2 Within the diamond-shaped area in Figure 1, if visually inspected, If there is an obvious sudden change in luminous intensity, in addition to checking whether the HH line and VV line meet the above requirements, the luminous intensity of the rest of the picture should also be checked. The minimum limit is 75cd; 4.3.1.3 In all directions where the light can be seen Above, the maximum limit of luminous intensity is 300cd. 4.3.2 For a single lamp equipped with more than one light source, when any of its light sources fails, the minimum limit requirements for luminous intensity should still be met. When all light sources are illuminated, the maximum luminous intensity limit should not be exceeded. 4.3.3 The apparent surface in the observation direction of the datum axis should not be larger than 140cm2. 5 Test methods 5.1 The test darkroom, devices and equipment should comply with the regulations of GB4599. 5.2 Voltage or luminous flux during light distribution test 5.2.1 Non-bulb replaceable rear fog lamps should generally be tested at 13.5 or 28.0V. 5.2.2 Standard bulbs should be used for bulb-replaceable rear fog lamps and tested under the benchmark luminous flux specified in GB15766.1. 5.3 Before the light distribution test, the non-bulb replaceable rear fog lamp or bulb should be ignited at the test voltage to make its light performance stable. 5.4 The distance for the light distribution test should ensure that the inverse square law of distance can be used. 5.5 When viewed from the reference center of the luminaire, the measuring equipment should ensure that the opening angle of the detector is between 10° and 1°. 5.6 Within the measurement range, the angle deviation in any measurement direction should be no more than 15°. 5.7 The measurement angle is measured based on the reference axis (indicated by the manufacturer on the drawing). 5.8 Photometric test of lamps with several light sources 260 GB 115541998 5.8.1 For the use of non-bulb replacement light sources or other light sources: the testing agency can obtain the special specifications required for such lamps from the manufacturer power supply and test at the voltage specified by the manufacturer. 5.8.2 For those using replaceable bulbs: When the luminaire is equipped with a mass-produced incandescent filament bulb, at 13.5 or 28.0V, the luminous intensity produced shall be between the maximum and minimum limits specified in this standard. If it is at the lower limit, the luminous flux deviation of the type of lamp selected in GB15766.1 should be appropriately increased. In addition, during the test, it is allowed to use standard bulbs of this type at each bulb position in turn, measure and accumulate the specified reference luminous flux. 6 Inspection Rules The light distribution test of the bulb-replaceable rear fog lamp should be equipped with a standard bulb. If there is any objection, the standard bulb is allowed to be replaced and re-tested. Note: Standard light bulbs should be confirmed by a special testing agency designated by the relevant national competent authorities, and a valid test report should be attached. The bulbs used in bulb-replaceable rear fog lamp products should be certified products. Before my country's light bulbs are certified, they should be products confirmed by a specialized testing agency designated by the relevant national competent authorities. 6.1 Judgment of different types of rear fog lamps If there are differences in the following main aspects, they are considered to be different types: a) Trade name and trademark; b) Characteristics of the optical system; ||tt ||c) Additional accessories that can change the optical effect through reflection, refraction or absorption; d) Type of bulb used; e) If it is a non-bulb-replaceable rear fog lamp, its structure, filament shape, etc. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 The determination of different types of rear fog lamps shall be in accordance with the provisions of 6.1 above. 6.2.2 Applicants for product certification should provide: a) Three copies of drawings sufficient to identify the characteristics of this type of lamp, including the detailed characteristic structure of the light distribution mirror, and indicating the reference axis (H - 0°, V - 0°), reference center and geometric position installed on the vehicle; b) two sample lamps (bulb-replaceable rear fog lamps include bulbs). 6.2.3 Each sample lamp shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard. 6.2.4 Carry out the test according to the test method in Chapter 5 of this standard. Each sample lamp shall comply with the provisions of 4.3 of this standard. 6.3 Product consistency inspection 6.3.1 For products that have passed the type inspection, the consistency of the products will be determined by randomly selecting sample lamps from the batch products. 6.3.2 Randomly selected sample lamps shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 and 4.2. 6.3.3 Carry out the test according to the test method in Chapter 5 of this standard. The randomly selected sample lamps shall comply with the provisions of 4.3 of this standard, but the minimum luminous intensity limit on the required chart in 4.3.1.1 is relaxed to 80% of the specified value. 6.3.4 The number of randomly selected sample lamps is limited to one, which shall fully comply with the provisions of 6.3.2 above. The photometric measurement should comply with the provisions of 6.3.3. If not, five more sample lamps will be randomly selected. At least four of them should fully comply with the provisions of 4.3 of this standard. Otherwise, the product will be judged to have failed the consistency inspection. 261 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
