This standard specifies the design, manufacture, test, inspection, acceptance, marking and packaging requirements for vertical sand mills with a cylinder effective volume of 10200L (hereinafter referred to as sand mills). This standard is applicable to sand mills with a fractional particle size of 0.1 to 20um and a wet grinding method. 3.1 The structure should be compact and the layout should be reasonable. The sand mill should include components such as the main transmission system, feeding system, decomposition system and control system. 3.2 Sand mills can be divided into vertical open type and vertical closed type according to their structural characteristics. 3.3 The basic parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 1: Model

Main parts of sand mills shall meet the following requirements and have a material inspection certificate. 3.6.1.1
Iron castings shall meet the requirements of GB9439,
Steel castings shall meet the requirements of GB2100 or GB11352. Shaft parts materials shall meet the requirements of GB699GB3077. Plate parts materials shall meet the requirements of GB700, GB 3274. According to the requirements of GB4237, the materials of pipe parts shall meet the requirements of GB2270 or YB231. 4. Manufacturing and assembly
The welding chain of the cylinder, fuselage and other welded parts shall not have defects such as cracks, pores, arc pits and solid slag. For the inner shell formed by rolling, the weld braid shall be checked for kerosene leakage after welding. No leakage is qualified. After the inner shell and the clamp are assembled, the clamp jacket shall be subjected to a water pressure test. The test pressure is 0.3MPa and the pressure is maintained for 0.5h without leakage. 4.3
The size and sugar content of important parts such as bearing seats and spindles Grade according to GB1801, and in accordance with the requirements of special capsule 2, 4.4

The shape and position tolerances of important parts of bearing seat, main shaft, dispersed shaft, dispersed disc, coupling and other parts shall be in accordance with GB 1184, and meet the requirements of Table 3 of 4.5

4.6 The dispersion disk and balance wheel should be subjected to a single-piece static balance test, and the allowable unbalanced torque should not exceed 1600g·mm. 4.7 The metal casing of electrical components and electrical equipment with explosion-proof requirements should be purchased or manufactured according to the requirements of the corresponding explosion-proof level. 4.8: All accessories and purchased parts shall meet the corresponding standard requirements and shall have product certificates. 4.9 All parts can be assembled only after inspection. 4.10 After assembly, the end face runout tolerance of the upper coupling and the radial runout tolerance of the lower end of the dispersed shaft (five points 60m away from the shaft end) shall meet the requirements of Table 4.

4,11 The insulation resistance between the conductive part and the casing shall not be greater than 2M, and the insulation resistance between the grounding terminal and the metal casing of the electrical equipment and the sand grinder casing shall not be greater than 0.1α.
4.12 The protective grounding terminal shall be made of copper material and shall be clearly marked. 4.13 The live parts should not be out of the group, and the screws fixing the conductive parts should have anti-loosening measures. 4.14 The electrical system of the sand mill should be able to withstand the insulation dielectric strength test of 1760V50Hz for 1m without breakdown flashing. 5 Test method
The static balance test of the decomposition plate and the balance wheel should be carried out on the balance frame and should comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. 5.2 The visual inspection of the weld appearance quality of the cylinder, fuselage and other welded parts should comply with the requirements of Article 4.1. 5.3 The pressure test pump for the jacket water pressure test should be boosted to 0.3MPa at a time and should comply with the requirements of Article 4.3. 5.4 The dielectric breakdown instrument used for the dielectric test should meet the requirements of Article 4.14. 5.5 The insulation resistance and grounding resistance test shall be tested with a 500V megohmmeter, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.11. 5.6 Idle operation test
The sand mill is not equipped with a disperser (dispersing shaft, dispersing disc, or balance wheel), and is circulated with oil or other non-corrosive liquids with a viscosity that meets the requirements of Table 1 as the medium. It shall run continuously for 2 hours and shall meet the following requirements: the main motor and pump motor shall run smoothly, the control electrical appliances shall operate accurately, and the interlocking shall be flexible;,
b. The cooling, dripping, feeding and discharging systems shall be unobstructed and free of external; c. The leakage of static seals and sealing devices shall meet the requirements of Table 5: 5
d. All fasteners shall be connected reliably and shall not be loose. 3.7 Simulated fish test
The body is filled with broken glass balls with a diameter of 2~3mm, and its accumulated volume is 65%~75% of the effective volume of the body. Oil or other non-violet liquids with a viscosity that meets the requirements of Table 1 are used as simulated materials. After continuous operation for more than 0.5h, the following requirements shall be met: The noise shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB3768 and shall meet the requirements of Table 6: Table 6

c. The temperature rise at the bearing part shall not exceed 35℃.
5.8 The production capacity can be measured at the user's place or the user can provide relevant usage reports (the viscosity of the material should meet the requirements of Table 1, and the initial particle size should not exceed 100m), and should meet the requirements of Table 1.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The sand mill shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. The inspection of the sand mill in 6 is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection
The items and requirements of factory inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4, 4.10~~4.14, 5.6, and 5.7. 6.2.2 Type inspection
The items and requirements of type inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 45.6, and 5.7. 62.3 Factory inspection shall be carried out one by one, and type inspection shall be randomly selected from the qualified products of factory inspection, with no less than two sets. 6.2.4 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations:. During product trial production, finalization and appraisal;
b. When there are major changes in design, materials and processes:. When production is stopped for one year and then resumed;
4. When the normal production time reaches 24 months:
e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result: f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements, 6.3 Inspection rules and judgments
6.3.1 Each sand mill shall be inspected according to Article 6.2.1. If any of the inspection data does not meet the requirements, the sand mill shall be judged as unqualified for factory inspection.
63.2. When the type inspection meets the requirements of Article 6.2.2, the type inspection shall be judged as qualified; if any of the items does not meet the requirements, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The surface coating of the sand mill (color and type shall be as specified in the drawing) shall comply with the requirements of JB/JQ4000.10. 7.1.2 Each sand mill shall have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and include the following contents: Product name: a. Product model number:

d. Manufacturer name, date of manufacture;

7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Before packaging, seal the exposed pipe mouth with a plastic sleeve. The documents provided with the package should be placed in a plastic film bag and packed with the product in the packaging box. The packaging should comply with the requirements of JB2759. 7.2.2 The following contents should be marked on the outside of the packaging box: www.bzxz.net

7.3 Storage and Transportation

The sand mill should be placed in a packaging box according to the requirements of Article 7.21 and placed in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. When stored outdoors, protective measures should be taken and violent shaking should be prevented during transportation. Appendix:
