This standard is the standard for disposable special packaging steel drums for trichlorofluoromethane (referred to as CFC-11 in this standard). This standard has no international standard, and no foreign advanced standards can be found for adoption. This standard is mainly formulated with reference to GB325 "Packaging Container Steel Drum" standard in terms of technology, and also adopts the relevant supporting standards of GB325, and combines the product characteristics of CFC-11 to improve the performance and quality requirements of packaging steel drums. This standard is applicable not only to the manufacture of CFC-11 packaging steel drums, but also to the circulation, use, supervision, inspection and other fields. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Linyi Barrel Factory of Shandong Industry and Trade Cooperative and Jinan Chemical Factory, and the participating drafting units are: Zigong Metal Container Factory, Zigong Fujiang Chemical Factory, Zigong Refrigerant Factory, Changshu Refrigerant General Factory, Quhua Group Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.
