The result shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Measure and record the inductance and damage of wearing parts and each friction surface.
6.2.4.4 During the type inspection, the control device and safety valve shall be tested for no less than three automatic shutdown tests and safety adjustment tests.
6.3 Factory inspection
Each compressor shall be inspected at the factory. The inspection test shall be carried out after the compressor runs stably and runs continuously at full load for more than 2 hours. During the test, in addition to checking the correctness of the interaction between the assembly disc and other components, a simplified test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3853. The measured results shall meet the requirements of this standard. The inspection of the control disc and safety feet shall be in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.4.4. 6.4 Sampling inspection
6.4.1 The compressors produced in batches shall be inspected by sampling. The sampling plan shall meet the normal sampling plan specified in Table 4. The sampling time should be evenly distributed in the afternoon. bzxz.net
6.4.2 Random inspection The continuous operation time should be no less than 24 hours. In the process of operation, in addition to inspecting the working conditions of all mechanisms, the flow rate, shaft speed, noise, vibration, various intake and exhaust pressures, temperature and other indicators of the compressor under the current [g] should be measured. The measured results should meet the requirements of this standard. After the transmission and rotation, the components should be disassembled to check the cleanliness, wearing parts and various friction surfaces, and the wear and tear of the belt: 6.4.3 Random inspection When a batch of products fails to meet the standards, the manufacturer shall check each product in the batch and correct the failed products until they meet the requirements of this standard and relevant technical documents.
