Marked as: SGP·S20X25 5 Requirements 5.1 Material The material of the fixing plate shall be not less than the mechanical properties of Q235 specified in GB/T11253. 5.2 Appearance 5.2.1 The surface shall be flat and shall not have cracks, burrs or mechanical damage. 220 Main parameter code JG/T132--2000 5.2.2 The surface of the anti-corrosion coating should have a uniform gloss and should not have defects such as bubbles, water marks, and exposed bottom. 5.3 Specifications and dimensions 5.3.1 The thickness of the fixing plate should not be less than 1.5mm, and the width should not be less than 20mm. 5.3.2 The installation hole diameter of the fixing plate is 5mm. 5.3.3 The size tolerance of the fixing plate and the profile matching claw is a+.25mm. 5.4 Corrosion resistance The coating should be treated and the corrosion resistance should reach 48h8 level. Test method 6.1 Appearance Visually inspect the sample at a distance of 400~500mm under natural light. Inspect according to GB/T5926. 6.2 Specifications and dimensions Measure with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 6.3 Performance Test the anti-corrosion ability according to the test method in QB/T3826 and evaluate according to QB/T3832. 7 Inspection rules Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Products can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and attaching a certificate of conformity. 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Product factory inspection is carried out within the validity period of the type inspection. Products can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and attaching a certificate of conformity. 7.1.2 Factory inspection is carried out according to GB/T2828. Sampling adopts the normal inspection single sampling plan. The inspection level is level I. The qualified quality level AQL value and inspection items are specified in Table 1. Table 1 Factory Inspection Table 7.2 Type Inspection Inspection Items Specifications and Dimensions Standard Clauses 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) Test and finalization of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; Unqualified Category b) After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, inspection shall be conducted once a year; d) When the product is discontinued for more than one year and then resumed; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When type inspection is required by the national quality supervision agency or the contract. AQL 7.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T2829. Sampling shall adopt the normal inspection one-time sampling plan, the discrimination level shall be level 1, and the unqualified quality level RQL value and inspection items shall be as specified in Table 2. 221 Inspection Items Standard Clauses 8 Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 The product should have a trademark or factory name mark.
