J22 | | tt | | JB | |Released on 1993-05-07 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Released Implemented on 1994-01-01 Machinery Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China||tt| |Technical conditions of polytetrafluoroethylene raw tape for metal winding gaskets 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T6618—93 This standard specifies the use of metal winding materials Technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for vinyl fluoride raw tape (hereinafter referred to as PTFE raw tape). This standard applies to polytetrafluoroethylene raw material tapes for metal winding mats. Filled polytetrafluoroethylene tape may refer to this standard. 2 Reference standards GB1033 GB1040 GB2828 3 Technical requirements Plastic density and relative density test methods Plastic tensile test Method Batch-by-batch inspection, counting, sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) 3.1 PTFE raw material tapes should be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this standard and in accordance with the prescribed technical documents. 3.2 The thickness of PTFE raw material tape is 0.5~0.8mm, and the thickness deviation is ±0.05mm. 3.3 The physical and mechanical performance indicators of PTFE raw tape should comply with the requirements in the table below. Property Specific quantity Energy Tensile strength MPa Elongation % Volatile content % Refers to||tt| |>1. 5 >5. 0 <120 <1.0 3.4 ??PTFE raw material tape should have neat edges, smooth surface, and no obvious cracks or wrinkles Defects such as folds, scratches and impurities, 4 test methods 4.1 The thickness of PTFE raw material tape is measured with a dry scale with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The sample marked for thickness measurement is a square with a side length of 50mm. There should be no less than 5 samples in each group. Each sample is measured at 3 points equidistantly along its diagonal, accurate to 0.01mm, whichever Arithmetic mean. 4.2 The specific gravity, tensile strength and elongation test methods of PTFE raw tapes are carried out according to the regulations of GB1033 (B method) and GB1040 respectively. 4.3 The determination of volatile content shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement) of this standard. 4.4 The surface quality of PTFE raw material belts should be visually inspected. 5 Inspection Rules | The items for type inspection are all items specified in Articles 3.2 to 3.4; the items for Dehiko inspection include: thickness, thickness deviation, specific gravity and tensile strength and the items specified in Article 3.4. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on 1993-05-07 Implemented on 1994-01-01 1 5.3 When any of the following situations occurs, type inspection should be carried out: test new products;||tt ||a. b. Product transformation: JB/T 6618-93 There will be major changes in structure, materials and processes after formal production; c. There is a one-quarter interval between normal production. d. 5.4 The sampling method of PTFE raw material tape is to randomly select it from the warehouse. 5.5 PTFE raw material tapes are measured in kilograms. A batch of 50kg is considered a batch, and a batch of less than 50kg is also considered a batch. During sampling, a sample of sufficient testing quantity is taken from the unit product as a representative of the unit product. 5.6 The thickness and physical and mechanical properties of PTFE raw material tapes are implemented according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB2828. The general inspection level IL is 1 and the qualified quality level AQL value is 10; Article 3.4 adopts full inspection, 6 marking, packaging, transportation and storage Mark 6.1 The packaging box of PTFE raw tape should be marked: a. b. c. d. e. 6.2 Product name: Manufacturer name; Product model or mark: Gross weight, net weight : Manufacturing date or production batch number. Packaging 6. 2.1 6. 2. 2 a. b. c d . e. f. 6.2.3 a. b. c. PTFE The packaging of the raw material tape should ensure that it will not be damaged or lost during storage and transportation. The packing list should be attached to the box, and it should be marked on it: product name; product trademark: manufactured Factory name: Product specifications and models: Product quantity: Dispatch date, The product certificate should be attached in the packaging box, and the batch number should be marked on it: Standard number: Inspector’s name or code. 6.3 Transportation and storage 6.3.1 PTFE raw material belts must be protected from rain and dust during transportation. 6.3.2 PTFE raw tape should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse. 2 A1 Method Summary JB/T661893bZxz.net Appendix A Method for determination of volatile content of PTFE raw tape (supplement)||tt| |The determination of the volatile content of PTFE raw tape is to determine the residual amount of processing aids in the raw tape through the mass reduction of the sample at a certain temperature and time. Instruments and equipment A2 a. b. c. Muffle furnace: Electric constant temperature drying Box: Analytical balance, sensitivity 0.1mg d. Dryer; e. Increasing crucible. | |tt | Cool to room temperature in a desiccator. A3.2 Accurately weigh the dried sample to the nearest 0.0002gA3.3 Place the weighed sample in the increasing crucible, send it to the muffle furnace, and intensify it at 300 ± 5°C for 1 hour , A3.4 Take out the sample from the furnace, cool it in the air for 3 to 5 minutes, then put it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature, and weigh it. A4 results and calculations A4.1 Volatile content is calculated according to formula (A1) GG A G where : A— -volatile content, %: Gt G , The sample mass + g after heating for 1 hour at g-300±5℃. A4.2 The test results are accurate to two decimal places, and the arithmetic mean of two parallel measurements is taken.
