3.4 ??PTFE raw material tape should have neat edges, smooth surface, and no obvious cracks or wrinkles Defects such as folds, scratches and impurities, 4 test methods
4.1 The thickness of PTFE raw material tape is measured with a dry scale with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The sample marked
for thickness measurement is a square with a side length of 50mm. There should be no less than 5 samples in each group. Each sample is measured at 3 points equidistantly along its diagonal, accurate to 0.01mm, whichever Arithmetic mean. 4.2 The specific gravity, tensile strength and elongation test methods of PTFE raw tapes are carried out according to the regulations of GB1033 (B method) and GB1040 respectively. 4.3 The determination of volatile content shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement) of this standard. 4.4 The surface quality of PTFE raw material belts should be visually inspected. 5 Inspection Rules | The items for type inspection are all items specified in Articles 3.2 to 3.4; the items for Dehiko inspection include: thickness, thickness deviation, specific gravity and tensile strength and the items specified in Article 3.4. There will be major changes in structure, materials and processes after formal production; c.
There is a one-quarter interval between normal production.
d.
5.4 The sampling method of PTFE raw material tape is to randomly select it from the warehouse. 5.5 PTFE raw material tapes are measured in kilograms. A batch of 50kg is considered a batch, and a batch of less than 50kg is also considered a batch. During sampling, a sample of sufficient testing quantity is taken from the unit product as a representative of the unit product. 5.6 The thickness and physical and mechanical properties of PTFE raw material tapes are implemented according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB2828. The general inspection level IL is 1 and the qualified quality level AQL value is 10; Article 3.4 adopts full inspection, 6 marking, packaging, transportation and storage
